I owned a property in Jumeirah towers hotel in Dubai and decided to try and find a company to market it overseas to reach international clientele in the hope I could get a quick sale. I live in Dubai and although I did have the property advertised with agents near the apartment they did not seem to bothered about pushing the apartment. I actually sent a friend in to mystery shop my apartment to see how the agent would perform I had listed with. He asked about my apartment and said he wanted to view the property. The local agent I had it with kept trying to push him towards a new development telling my friend it was a much superior apartment and complex than the property he specifically asked to view. Perhaps the agent was getting a huge commission for pushing these new developed properties from the developer I don’t know. Anyway after I discovered this was happening I researched companies who could reach the overseas markets investing in Dubai and this company in the UK kept popping up in my searches on Google. I put an enquiry through they called me right back and I asked them to email me all terms of business before I sent over any details. Sure enough they did within 10 minutes of the call to me. I was impressed by the speed of the reply and the professional service they seemed to offer for such a small marketing cost. I decided to list with them before my listing went live they sent me a hidden draft to approve which I could also make changes to at any time. I gave the final approval on what they had done as it was such a good job I did not need to make any alterations. They sent it out to over 122 property portals in 79 countries and I was shown proof of all advertised listings on my property worldwide within 2 weeks of going live. I got enquiries from Europe, Russia, USA and China the most serious of which came from Russia. I agreed on a price with the buyer close to my asking price after the viewing and passed the sale over to my own legal team to handle the changeover. I found this company very pro-ctive and efficient to work with. If I needed an update on how things were progressing I could call and email my agent at any time and he got back to me out of hours if we had interest in the property in the evenings. Great feedback was given each time I called for an update to hold off to find a buyer at the price I wanted instead of just dropping the price. The service is highly recommended.

Professional service received from my agents at this online marketing company. I tried this service rather than the traditional agents in County Louth to market and advertise my property in Ireland for sale. It was sold to a buyer from overseas i was kept informed of the process and interest on the property when i called the offices. My agent was also contactable by email at any time night or day. I saved a small fortune in commission and i would highly recommend giving this a go as it worked for my family when we had exhausted many other avenues to sell.

Our property has now sold through a bidding war. One buyer came from your listings the other through a local estate agent. The bidding closed off 10,000 above our asking price to the overseas investor we found through your market the buyer that came through the local agent just couldn’t compete. They provide a very efficient and professional marketing service where I could make changes to my price and descriptions at any time. Found working with this company painless. They marketed some land I had for sale in Murcia in Spain around the world and found me an overseas buyer. I previously had touted the land to a few local agents to no effect. I placed the land with Euro Resales in December 2018 which was a very easy process and plenty of advice was offered on the price. I had the ability to upload my own maps and photos and make changes to the adverts at any time. I sold my land last week in July 2019 and my agent at the company helped me every step of the sale. I was lucky to have them at the end of the phone or email any time. They advised me throughout the process which included finding a Spanish lawyer and notary and how to get the best exchange rate through a currency exchange company. I was very pleased with the overall service provided. There could have been some more support at times during the marketing of the land as I did have to ring and email to get updated. On the plus side they were always full of knowledge and very friendly any time I made contact. This is the only reason I am leaving 4 stars and not 5. I do recommend them and advise giving them a try if you wand to sell and save yourself expensive commission payments to local agents.

I recommend the marketing they can do for your property to help you find international buyers. I had a leaseback apartment in France and sold it to an investor from Russia at asking price. Anyone who owns a leaseback will know how difficult a sale it can be dealing with the bureaucratic management companies etc was a pain for me any my family so we decided to sell through this company. The lease and vat payment we had to pay back to the French government was passed on to the new owner. They dealt with everything and then passed the sale over to a notaire in France to complete for me under the local law of the country.

I went with this company at the beginning of the year to market a property I had for sale in Egypt worldwide to try and find some international interest as I was not having a good time with the local agents who kept telling me to put my price down to sell. This company advertised me in Europe, Russia and the Middle east. Within 3 weeks I was getting enquiries from Russia and the middle east with some questions on my property from prospective buyers. There were two really interested parties, one from the UAE and one from Russia who both flew over to view the apartment. Both made offers and this company worked on them both to get the offers closer to a price I was willing to sell for. Eventually after a few weeks of backwards and forwards with the buyers I agreed to sell to the Russian buyer as he offered closest to my asking price. This company recommended a reputable legal team to handle everything for me on a POA basis as I could not travel to Egypt to complete my paperwork. I had no problems with the sale or getting paid from the buyer and would highly recommend giving them a try.

I made contact with Euro Resales in 2018 to see what could be offered by the way of marketing my condo for sale in Thailand and I want to leave a review of how I found the company. I would recommend marketing with them as the did manage to find be a buyer. The process from listing to sale took 11 months.
