I contacted this company recently regarding the sale of my villa in Cyprus. As a first time seller I really wasn't sure of how to go about selling.

I certainly vouch for this company and the marketing they can provide. I was with them as a client in 2018 for a apartment in the Algarve in Portugal. I got my property listed around the world and eventually sold at asking price to a buyer from Ireland from one of their advertisements on daft.ie on my apartment. I also got enquiries from many parts of Europe and a few other offers that were not within my price range more like chancers trying their luck. My agent worked hard for me to try and get these offers upwards. Eventually someone say my listing with them on daft and as they had recently stayed in the resort with family they wanted to buy in it. As my apartment was the only one they had for sale in this development the buyer snapped it up at asking price.

I have no hesitation in recommending this expert company to market property to international markets after I sold my overseas villa in France to a high end investor from Europe. I contacted them in January of this year to see what they could offer me. In less than 24 hours an agent from the company called me back. I expressed I did not want to give any details of my property until they could provide me their terms. Within 15 minutes of the call I was given a entire breakdown of their service and how they could market worldwide and send evidence of the marketing they were currently doing for other clients. I was impressed but decided to do my due diligence on them prior to taking up the service.

Everything came back positive and I decided to take the plunge and advertise with them. After signing up I was sent an online form with google map co-ordinates to complete a detailed description with photos that was sent back to them. Within a few hours I was sent back a draft of my listing to approve. They had done their homework and seemed to know my area of France very well I had no changes needing to be made to my listing and agreed to send it out worldwide.

Within a few working days I asked for backlinks to my property advertised in all the countries they claimed to send it to and sure enough they provided me with no less than 120 links to my villa advertised on some excellent portals like daft.ie, homesgofast, arkadia and many more. I contacted some of these websites myself in the past but the fees to list on them all separately was running into thousands so I was very impressed with the exposure already.

Now onto the sale, from March this year I was getting serious leads sent to me after the company vetted each one of the potential buyers. Only those who could show proof of funds to purchase and proof of ID were allowed to come and view the property. On each occasion a representative of this company met my keyholder at the property with the overseas buyers. They were showed round and followed up with to get feedback or make offers. Only one buyer came back with an offer which was 50,000 less than what I was prepared to sell for but this company worked over the next two months to negotiate his offer upwards to just 10,000 under my asking price.

I agreed to sell contracts were drawn up under French law using a Notaire of my choice and I had no problem in getting paid from the buyer. All searches were done by this company using a currency exchange company to make sure the money was legit and had a paper trail.

From personal experience I believe this company will go over and above to find buyers for their clients and save you quite a bit in commission as the buyer pays this not the seller. I saved just over 30,000 in commission going this way to market and for me it was a great decision and great investment to market with them.

Euroresales finally found a buyer for my apartment in Murcia. I have had my apartment for sale for 3 years with countless local estate agents in Murcia and never got a single viewing so I decided to try Euroresales exposure package last year. We had 4 inspection trips on the property from buyers from Russia, Ireland, France and Germany but we agreed on a great price very close to the advertised price from the last person who came to view from Germany.

My agent at this company was always only a phone call or email away when I needed to make contact for updates on how the sale was progressing and any interest we had. Over the last 3 years I managed to sell 4 properties with this company by using their marketing services to advertise around the world. We had apartments in Spain, Portugal and Bulgaria which were sold close to the asking prices to buyers from Germany, Belgium and Russia in that order.

Our last property I listed with them in June of this year it was a luxury villa in the south of France and we completed with the buyer from Norway in early October.

I recommend listing with them they have an excellent team of people who are always on hand with advice when I needed to call or email them.

On each occasion we got offers they were very prompt in making contact with me. Likewise when the potential buyers wanted questions answering they contacted me to get the answers to revert back to the buyer. I used this excellent marketing service earlier this year to advertise my villa in Spain to reach buyers in many different parts of the world investing in Spain. We had quite a high end villa with 2 apartments underneath we used for rentals during the summer periods. The Villa was located just outside Alicante so very accessible for overseas buyers to fly in and view the property.

It was not until I was totally happy with my listing that I allowed it to be sent to any other country. When I finally gave the ok for it to be sent off around the world I was shown links to my villa listed in over 100 countries in around 10 working days.

We got leads from many countries in Europe, Russia and China, Each time we had an offer my agent called me and advised me to hold out to see if we could get more money from buyers. Each time any potential buyers were asking questions my agent called me or emailed me for further information. We did get a few low offers which my agent advised not to take and finally got an offer very near my asking price from an investor from Belgium.

I think the fact that we had a good rental business running with the villa was a very good selling point and one of the main reasons we got so much interest.

As we have a Spanish lawyer in the family we did not need to use the services of Euro Resales legal team even though they do provide a legal team free of charge. We completed on the sale in October 2018.

I found the process easy and recommend advertising with this firm. They are professional, reliable and very transparent in every aspect of their marketing. This worked for us and we own other properties in Europe we will be placing on the market with them in 2019.

I have just come back from an inspection trip with this company to a property in Bulgaria we were thinking about buying. Flew over last week and met a local employee in Bulgaria of Euro Resales. Absolute bargain. We were also looking at properties in Spain but they were 3 times this price. I can see why so many people recommended Bulgaria to buy in.
