Reluctant to give this bunch of scammers even one star but have only done so to register by views. I too tried to return a garment which was of poor quality and not as described. They replied immediately to my request to return the item asking that I should send a photograph wearing the item. I was not prepared to even put the garment on but replied stating my reasons for non acceptance. Despite that email and a further two follow-ups they have failed to respond.

I too have been scammed by this company (although my daughter says I should never have clicked on the site!). I wish I had looked at theses reviews on trustpilot before thinking of ordering.
After a few emails they have suggested I keep the tops and offered me 15% refund.
I haven't replied yet as I decided to report them to Trading Standards first. I did this via Citizens Advice who suggested I download a template letter from their website stating I want a full refund in 14 days. I will do this, but tbh I'm more interested in stopping them from trading their poor quality goods that do not resemble the website images at all, I think that's fraudulent behaviour.
If I get any response from them or trading standards I'll update this thread.

Avoid at all cost. Dreadful quality will not respond when you request a refund. I only gave the star because you have to give one to leave a review.

Terrible clothes! Says cotton mix , its nylon/polyester . This site should be closed down , cant get refund .

AVOID AVOID AVOID This company is awful, I bought 2 pairs of boots from them before Christmas and when they arrived they looked nothing like they did on the web site, they look cheap and plasticy, I paid nearly £90 for the 2 pairs. I emailed EvaEmily to request a returns, which they emailed back asking for certain details, which I sent and then have heard nothing else from them. Several emails later and I have still heard nothing form them they just ignore the emails which I find so frustrating. This should not be allowed it is day light robbery that they can just ignore you and keep your hard earned money and there is nothing you can do about it. Who ever runs EvaEmily you should be ashamed of yourselves for blatantly robbing people like this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!! There should be a Zero star option on these reviews because that is what EvaEmily deserve.

I received a poor quality shirt that is so badly sewn it cannot be worn. There has been no response to my emails. Avoid this company as you will not get quality or service.

As with 99% of reviewers my experience with this organisation and its parent “Fashion Web” (and the other names they trade under) has been horrendous and I urge everyone avoid them. Their operating model is to simply sell poor quality products at inflated prices and make it prohibitively expensive to return them. Is it a scam?

I cancelled my order ahead of delivery, due to no apparent progress in the order, lack of response from their customer services and reviews which I wished I had read before the purchase. Albeit that under their terms and conditions cancellations would be accepted before shipping, a week later I received a notification that part of the delivery was now dispatched. When it arrived it was no more than a printed t-shirt, not the jumper I was expecting. The second item never arrived.

I am pursuing a claim through PayPal to recover the cost of the 2nd item plus half of the shipping costs. I have been offered just the cost of the item, which I have rejected; why should they retain the shipping cost when it has not been shipped? Irrespective of what they come back with, I have written it off as a life lesson.

To my earlier question. Well if it looks like something and smells like something and behaves like something, then it probably is that something.

I would not give this company any stars but unfortunately you have to give one to rate it. Please, please do not touch this company. Not unless you want printed patterns on cheap material that do not in any way resemble the photographs on the website. I spent 105 pounds on items and every one went in the bin when it eventually arrived, which took weeks between each item. The only item that resembled the photo were the socks. I couldn't be bothered to complain or return items and just put this one down to a lesson learned. Never again! They do state in the detail that items are printed. They don't state that items are not the one's in their photographs! Do not go there!

I paid £44 for a pair of boots and some socks. I received the socks within 14 days but am still waiting for the boots...... Surprisingly they were the expensive item, the socks were on offer at £3.99!! I have a horrible feeling that I will not be receiving my boots, hence have paid £44 for a pair of socks!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this company.

I ordered from these people in February and cancelled it within the 24hrs required. Then I was told my refund would take 15-25 working days, so over a month to return a payment they had only taken an hour before! Still waiting and all emails have been ignored. I will be taking this up with my bank and VISA.

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would! Been waiting a month for my goods, and all emails have been ignored. Avoid this company like you would Covid, at all costs!

I ordered 2 tops, both were too small. Contacted them immediately for a refund . Was told to send a picture of myself in the garments! I emailed them to say this was not necessary and wanted a refund ASAP . Nothing heard since and my emails have been blocked . Don’t touch this company!!!

I must be on a different planet from everybody else. What on earth were the other reviewers expecting?
I'll start with the customer service. I contacted them 3 times and each time received a reply within 48 hours. I asked to make a cancellation at first and this was agreed to, with a refund, less a small service charge. (I wasn't going to argue....it was my mistake) However, I decided to go along with the order anyway. Glad I did. Having not received a despatch notice within their timescale I contacted them again. A reply, apologising for their delay and accepting responsibility citing supplier issues was followed by another email from them offering either a refund for the items I'd ordered which were still pending or a discount on future purchases if I waited. I opted for the refund which was in my PayPal account 24 hours later. The order was despatched the next day and arrived safely, tracked Royal Mail service. It was only short the item I had already been refunded for.
With regard to the items, I ordered 11 tops of varying types. I had examined the photographs and already decided they'd been tweaked before printing. Still, I wanted loose tops, in bright colours and that's what I've got. The prints are like paintings, digitally printed onto cotton polyester fabric.....mostly the latter I think, with a hint of spandex! There is no embroidery, no applique, no lace. They're cheap, fun, colourful and you get what you pay for. If they had been £20 I would have been angry but they weren't. I got 10 new summer tops for less than a ton. (All I need now is a summer!) Sizing was a bit random but they all fit. I buy size 16 although I'm a 14, because I like loose clothes. Their XL varied from a 14 in one style to what's possibly an 18 in another. The tops come from different sources which is probably why this has happened. I deduct a whole star for this. Eva Emily, you need to address this sizing variation issue. Cheap tops that don't fit are not going to be of any use.
To summarise, enlarge the photos on a big screen and examine them carefully. Ask yourself what you want and why. Understand these are printed, not embroidered or applique. Understand that they are mostly synthetic fabric. Then decide. Don't expect too much. If you have bought from a site supplying goods from China before....(and I Wish I could name one but I'd probably get this review barred), you'll understand what I mean.

Polyester printed versions of what they are advertising , if you look at the photos you can see they have been Heavily photoshopped , they ignore emails , but go to PayPal and open a claim and I got the money back within 2 days : so this company is clearly blacklisted with PayPal and any claims are fully refunded : just say not as described , ie advertising wool or cotton that is in fact printed polyester

Absolutely do not order from this sham of a company. The clothing is as cheap as it's possible to be. Terrible nylon fabrics and very poor stitching. Their clothing is nothing at all like the pictures on their website just very poor copies. Based 8n China. Shocking customer service if any service at all. They put off sending a return label and ask you to keep it offering a 15% refund. Should be removed from facebook and banned from trading. Wish I'd checked the reviews first

This company has shtinked my mum well and truly! Robbed us our money, which is unacceptable. Don't buy from them because you will not be happy with what you receive. Save up and spend your money elsewhere if I was you.

This company are liars. The material is not correct. The quality is poor and the photos are inaccurate. Photos of knitted good and actually cheap polyester photocopies of knitted jumpers are received. Never buy from them!
