diabolical company, cheap flimsy fabrics, I will never use them again. Impossible to communicate with, don't even think about returning anything. Chinese so took ages to arrive. Don't be fooled by the photos, the quality is not there.

DO NOT BUY. IT'S A SCAM. Regret not having read the reviews here before I ordered. Sane experience as others. Dismal quality, does not look like on the pictures, fit is terrible. When you try to return you get no response.

Around a month after payment goods arrived in dribs and drabs. Terrible quality and not as advertised. Had to throw them away. Complaints unanswered. Shoddy in all areas. AVOID

This is a scam. The material of the clothes is cheap and not as described and the photos are photoshopped. When you ask for a return they email to ask for photos, then offer 15% back, if you refuse that, you never receive a return address, so your money is lost.

I hope you are reading before placing your order. If you haven’t ordered don’t go ahead. I’ve been waiting two weeks for delivery. No replies to e mails . MasterCard are now on the case on my behalf.

THIS COMPANY IS DREADFUL. ALSI THEIR GOODS!!! I received a top which was nothing like the picture at all. I ordered it in January. Complained and they eventually offered a refund!!!!!! Alas. STILL NO REFUND. JUST DONT BOTHER. If they have to advertise as they do. They’re obviously not successful. Wonder why 🤔

I wish I had read the reviews. Ordered 3 items. The jeans are way too big, not tight jeggins as described. The jumper I have bought is meant to have heart patches on the sleeve. They are bits of felt stitched to the inside of the arm not the elbows. The top does not fit at all. Have sent about 15 emails to find return address and not had anything back. Wouldn't mind but none of it was cheap

The product advertised looks a billion times better than when it came, was twice as expensive as advertised after postage too! Toilet paper would be a better description of the product than a top!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

Don't bother. Items are not as they appear on the site, email responses are irritatingly slow and returns process, as others have said, appear designed to ensure you don't. Wish I hadn't ordered anything and wish I'd read these reviews first.

Experience only with the site. I nearly placed an order But so glad I read the reviews. I was about to buy some trainers but deleted all details. Thank you to everyone for the warnings

Avoid at all cost they are scammers

Wont answer emails when they do there repeated generic emails then you get the we will offer you 15% back even if you except this you don't get a response from them how are they still advertising trading and in partnership with pay pal your online shopping rights should be greater when shopping online but evaemily choose to just rob you of your hard earned money and never reply or have any intention of refunding you for there shoddy clothes

How I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before spending £200 with this outfit. As previous reviewers said, cheap nylon print instead of knitted cotton garments they describe and picture on the Internet site. I wrote more than 20 email and just get the standard reply offering a 15% refund. I ask for the return address in China and a pre-paid return label as it is an offence to falsely describe goods, but no answer. I will also write to the Chinese Minister of Trade & Industry and file a claim with PayPal.

Mot worthy of even one star.I have exchanged 25 emails with these people and have still not received a returns address.The item I got is not fit to wear.I would not insult a charity shop by taking it there.Total tat.I wish this company could be shut down.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Al I get is please list the sko number photos ect bt never been told where to return them to. I have sent at least 1 email a day to them I get a reply nce a week.
The tops I received are horrible the materials and colours are awful nothing like the photos. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OR SEND MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. IF I COULD OF GIVEN A MINUS STAR RATING THEN I WOULD.

As already stated the quality of the products is extremely poor and the advertising very misleading. Luckily I didn't spend a lot of money but will be trying very hard to get a refund for shoddy product. I only used them as I was able to pay by PayPal. I qill co.tact PayPal as I don't think they should be a partner of this company.

follow up from last email ... I contacted consumer rights in Hong Kong because this bunch was refusing to refund money for good which they did not even have in stock. Last week I received an email from the consumer service saying the phone number they list on the website is fake. Today I receive an email saying the staff at the company office refused to accept a registered letter from the consumer office registering my appeal. Unbelievable. My only option now is the small claims court!!! How is this company still in business???

How I wish id'e looked at Trust Pilot before I bought 126GBP off clothes.The first garments to arrive (there were 4 separate deliveries) were as others have stated poor quality stretch nylon with a faded design printed on them.Even the shoulder bag was made of this material with plastic handles and the tassle's were made out of embroidery cotton and it was 21GBP in the supposedly sale.I sent repeated emails requesting a refund and a return label.They offered me 30% refund and to send the clothes back to China which as they pointed out would be very expensive.l refused and they ignored my emails.I opened a case with pay pal the parent company Fashion web offered me 40GBP which I refused.I escelated the case and I won a full refund.I bought the clothes because the pictures on the website were vibrant colours and made in cotton wool etc, what an absolute farce.if I could give minus 5 I would.

Disgraceful. Do not buy from this company. The goods are awful quality and they only delivered half my order and then refused to respond why I asked where the rest was.

The clothes and boots I was sent were of very poor quality (flimsy, plastic-y) and shapeless fit. When I asked to return them, I was given all sorts of excuses and they demanded pictures of all flaws, which I sent. When I then reminded the firm of my statutory rights to return anything unworn within 24 days, they said I could not return anything to their UK shipping address, that I would have to return them to China and that the customs fees I would be charged would exceed the cost of the goods (£100 approx). They offered me to keep the goods and a 20% refund. I went through the Paypal Resolution centre and they then offered 30%. I declined, PayPal reviewed my claim and have just refunded the total amount. I suspect Eva emily make their money by people not persisting with returns due to all the back and forth....
