I have also just received the package I sent back to them in February. The package had so many labels I'm surprised they came back to me. They gave me the address to send back but obviously it's not a real address ,the package had three items but it has come back with only two. The clothes are no good to me. They dont look like they are advertised and they are very badly made the material is very bad.

I wish I could give zero to, absolute con this company, replied to my emails, did everything they asked returned clothes, and still no refund why are they allowed to do this company in China I have since found out, kept saying goods at customs when they received them would, refund still no refund 7 months on absolute disgusting really do not buy from them

My story goes back to January 2021 but I feel I need to help to stop anyone using this online company who are clearly scamming money from people !!!
I had paid over £100 on a list of items which I thought looked amazing by the images only to find when they arrived they were of the poorest quality and bad fitting and did not look anything like the items that were described !!
I tried many times through emails to contact them ,,, poor CS,,,, kept telling me that it would be too expensive to send the items back ,,, and they had the cheek to offer me a 10% off further orders !!
Absolute cheek !!!
I was offered discounts to keep the items but they refused to give me a full refund ....
It took 5 months of stress and anger afforded by this sham of a company before I decided to throw the items in the bin ,,, I kept a pair of socks would you believe ,,, £107.60p down the drain as far as I was concerned !!!

Appalling. Appalling. Beware. I sent back low quality nylon items that had been described as cotton. Paid over 21 quid to send to China following their instructions to the letter. 7 months later the package came back They are coming artists who outsource their manufacturing to the cheapest providers. Be warned.

Scamming crooks! I went to HUGE lengths to make sure I managed to secure a refund through PayPal and would NOT have received it otherwise. Paid to send it back, then 8 months later…. It came back to me! Still no use to me, as they are NOTHING like the pics and the sizing is WAY off. But, hey, I’ve got a whole load of free ugly clothes if anyone wants them?! 🤣

Items do not look anything like advertised. Wouldn’t answer my emails for refund. When I threatened legal action they finally answered and I needed to detail information for return. They finally gave me the return address. It cost me £50 to return to china. After 3 months; one parcel was lost and the other was returned. No reason why. Now not answering my emails. DO NOT BE DUPED!!

The clothes delivered bore no resemblance to the ones advertised. Absolute rubbish - avoid. My credit card provider refunded my money.

If I could negative stars to these motherfu&£**% I would. I hope they rot in hell for conning unsuspecting, hard working customers out of their money. My story is similar to all the reviews written below. I ordered three items, I only received two and never got a refund for the third item. The items I did receive were of the wrong quantity, size and significantly different from the description. One of the sweatshirts was not even stitched properly. This is a scammer company, please do not buy from them!

I opened up the case with PayPal and to my surprise PayPal is siding with the seller and not processing my refund right away. They are instead making me send the items back to fuc**** china which will cost me more money than the items itself. I have reported this company to Google so that they can stop showing their ads, I’ve also reported this company to the UK consumer goods protection and online fraud authorities. Please report this company as much as you can so that we can get them out of business.

Care! They send you rubbish and then offer 10% refund. Scam way of dumping cheap stuff.

Please do not order from this company. There should be some one who we can report these too. I received my order the quality is very poor, incorrect sizing. Can't get a refund.

Like others I would give zero stars if I could. Products arrived one month after order, looking absolutely nothing like the picture, customer services refused to divulge return address and tried to ‘barter’ by offering 15% refund rather than return. Total scam. Do not buy anything from this website.

material is horrendous then when it arrives and you see the quality they only offer you a 5%,then 10% then 25% then 40% saying they are sorry but to return is too costly so ive spent £39 and I'm only being offered £15.60 back or pay a stupid fee to post back to china and my own expense. Then when I say I'm gonna write a review they totally ignore me and I dont even get my £15.60. The quality is nothing like the photo’s and sizing a joke!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬Talk about treating customers like crap. Ordered a multicolored top. It arrived in a plastic bag with no tags attached to the garment. The quality of fabric was cheap and in practice the item is non refundable. I was offered 15% and then 25% to keep it or return it to an address in China. The postage costs are more than the value of the garment. I've spend about £21 incl postage on an item that can be picked up from a charity shop for very little! I wouldn't recommend this supplier. Zero stars from me!

Ordered cardigan, item different from photo. Company admitted they had changed supplier. I opened PayPal dispute company wanted me to send item back at my cost for full refund. Wanted me to cancel paypal dispute. And I could have 40% refund instead of sending item back. Received £6.72 from £23.79. Item is rubbish not worth £5.00 avoid do not purchase. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

1 star is too generous. Ordered what I thought what a beautiful pair of floral boots. They came in a plastic bag and nothing like what I ordered. Quality is rubbish. More like floral wellies and sizing is small too. Very Dissapointed and will not be ordering again.

The product came in a plastic bag, no lebel included. Size 41 came a way too small and should be real leather but its not. Rubbish!

Do not buy from this company. I bought ‘jumpers’ which are not jumpers just T shirts printed to look like jumpers - the cost of return postage for them? £40 to China which customers have to pay with little hope of ever receiving their refund!

Don’t buy from these people I bought a pair of boots from them and still haven’t received them and that was over a month ago. You email them they either ignore you or just repeat themselves about tracking your order only to find that the tracking doesn’t update it’s the 31 December I ordered my boots on the 4th November. DO NOT BUY OF THESE PEOPLE. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise or sell. Absolutely disgusting company. I asked for a refund they won’t give me one so they offered me £10 for the inconvenience and I haven’t received that either. So avoid at all cost. I have to give one star to post this review but i give them -0 stars.
