Businesses NEED I.T departments - outsource
Early on in running our bookkeeping business, Knutsford Admin Ltd, I read an article about the importance of having top quality I.T support and that only a naive business owner would not take this advice. Each week we call our support team and today Daryl at Evaris Solutions Plc was absolutely ace - reinstalling a back up of an email account - the client does not use office 365, they use a webmail host provider but by taking a back up of outlook before the laptop went for repair meant a reinstall was super smooth. Thanks Daryl.
