Incompetence
Lack of competence led to them getting the days of shifts wrong. Me and my team arrived on site to find there was no client there. Needless to say we were all sent home with the minimal offer of two hours pay, despite some staff members travelling from other cities. Subsequently the remainder of the shifts were cancelled as I then wasn't available for 'all of the days'. I had taken time off my other job to do the work. Now i'm out of pocket and they've wasted mine and four other peoples times.
