They need to make it very clear that when you purchase ticket insurance you won't be eligible for a refund. I purchased my tickets months in advance and tried to get my refund and they said I cannot get a refund even though I added ticket insurance to get a full refund "which is also a lie" just a waist of money. I will NEVER purchase tickets through this site again!!

The breakdown states that this is not a blanket refund policy, but it allows the customer to "get reimbursed up to 100% of your ticket cost if you can't attend the event due to covered reasons, like a covered illness or injury (yourself or a family member), mechanical breakdown, traffic accident, airline delay, and weather emergency"

The tickets are way overpriced
The tickets are way overpriced, actually more than double, and the tickets are not transferable. I purchased tickets at the event location at less than half of this sites price, but now I’m stuck eating the cost of this sites tickets. I can’t get a refund and I can’t transfer the tickets, plus this site won’t respond when contacted for questions and assistance. I will not buy another ticket from this site

I bought some tickets to see the Durham Bulls for my weekend in Raleigh. I got sold tickets to see them in Scranton, no refund policy and they do not help with the resale. Customer Service, Matea, was less than helpful and definitely is not interested in the customer.
