I attempted to cancel my order shortly after realizing the seller marked up the tickets 500%, and included additional seller fees which exceeded the face value of the tickets. The venue is still selling tickets at face venue. Seller refused a refund. Highly deceptive practices.

IT WAS NOT GOOD. I’ve learned this is a FAKE SITE to purchase tickets!I received my ticket by email & someone else’s name is on the ticket! SHAME ON THIS SITE FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I am putting this FAKE site on FB for all to see!

This computer shit is a bunch of crap. I cannot retrieve my tickets.. I paid for the insurance therefore I will get my money back and not be able to attend.

When searching for tickets to a Mae Martin comedy show in Philly 4 months before the show date, I made the foolish mistake of purchasing from Event Tickets Center before checking other sites. I paid $99 a ticket plus $39 in fees for a grand total of $237.60 for two tickets. The seats were way up in the top of the theatre almost in the last row. I must have been tired and lost all impulse control because it wasn't until after I clicked purchase that I thought to myself, "Hmmm, I should have looked around for better prices," which I then immediately did. Stupid I know.

I checked Stub Hub and found two tickets on the main level 10 rows back from the stage for $45 each, plus $33 in fees, for a grand total of $123. Wow, $114 cheaper for way better seats. I also didn't read the fine print on Event Tickets Center site that said the tickets are non refundable, so again, it was like all my instincts had just left me when making that purchase. I called them immediately and pretty much begged to do a refund, but of course they said no.

I tried reselling the tickets I bought from Events Ticket Center all the way up until a day or two before the event for over half the price I paid on both Events Ticket Center's site and Stub Hub, but because most people are smarter than me and shopped around, I didn't get them sold.

I realize this is my own fault. But let me just note that the same tickets I bought on Event Ticket Center were listed for $30 a ticket on Stub Hub. So shame on Event Ticket Center for up-charging $69 a ticket. Yeah I know, they can do whatever they want and I'm still the idiot for buying them, GOT THAT! But still, what an incredibly awful place to buy your tickets from. They charged over double the cost and then still tacked on fees that were more than the price of one ticket.

Long story short, please do a little looking around before buying your tickets and unless the only place left on Earth to buy them from is Event ticket Center, just skip the show. there's no reason to give this place your hard earned money, no matter how foolish you may be as in my case. I'd rather hang out in front and find a scalper than ever in my life buy from them again.

My concert is the end of July and I paid in full April 8th. Tickets are saying won’t be delivered until the day before the show. I have flights and hotels booked already, that is ridiculous. I will never use this website again to buy tickets. StubHub was $50 less per ticket, I will go with any other ticket company but this one in the future. I would 100% cancel my purchase if it was possible (or if I could get a response from customer service). I would give a 0 out out of 5 if I could.

I purchased a concert ticket on this platform to attend a friend’s birthday celebration at the same day of event. Although I received a receipt immediately, I was unable to access the actual ticket or barcode throughout the day. Upon arrival at the venue, the ticket remained inaccessible despite the status being marked as 'transferred.' Venue staff attempted to assist me but were also unable to locate the ticket. They identified the transaction as a scam, and I had to purchase a new ticket at the box office. The venue staff advised me never to use third-party sellers. I called customer service, no response. I emailed the platform reporting my purchase and requesting a refund. I get auto messages, and they merely apologized and stated that because the ticket was 'transferred,' they are not responsible for my inability to access it.

Bought tickets and the next day they email saying they’re not available any longer

You take the money quick but I don’t get the tickets the day before Maybe?
I can’t make a hotel reservation based on “Maybe”.
Don’t use these guys stick with Stub Hub or Ticketmaster

Absolutely horrible! I tried to return them because I clicked on the wrong date. So now I’m stuck with $300 for tickets I don’t want. Yes you sent a link to resell them at a fraction of the original price. I am not happy and this is causing a hard ship and mental stress to me. I should be allowed to return tickets for a full refund.

This was my first time using Event Tickets and I was surprised by the ease of purchase! I also received my tickets with in moments!

Instructions were perfect and finished up with tickets in my wallet! I am ready to treat my granddaughter to see the musical “Grease.” Should be super fun!

Why in gods name would you not be able to leave your tickets on your phone and scan from your phone. To have to print them off in 2026 or not get in is horrible. No reason for this . I follow you you have plenty of shown. Why on earth would you still have to print off and bot scan from bar code .. School use a barcode is is ridiculous

Do not buy from them. Period. Tickets were purchased accidentally and would not refund or cancel request after messaging a few mins after mistake. I personally would say they are a scam. Who knows if the tickets will ever come because they say they don’t send them out until a couple days before event.
