Do not buy from them. Period. Tickets were purchased accidentally and would not refund or cancel request after messaging a few mins after mistake. I personally would say they are a scam. Who knows if the tickets will ever come because they say they don’t send them out until a couple days before event.

Regarding the estimated delivery date, typically tickets are not released until 24/48 hours prior to the event, either due to delivery delays or venue/performer regulations aimed at preventing fraudulent tickets. Rest assured, your tickets are reserved, but the Barcodes/QR codes may not be released until closer to the event.

I feel scammed and nervous
I googled for ticketmaster for a specific event. Somehow I ended up on ETC without realizing it. There were multiple shows and dates for this group. I mistakenly picked the one one in my town thinking it was a different date. Still not even realizing I wasn't on ticketmaster. After seeing the ticket email I realized that the date was wrong and called immediately to cancel. Was denied and offered a different showing (which was another state of course because I looked at the wrong thing) After researching I find all of these bad reviews and now I'm terrified. Not only did we pay double for the tickets we can't attend we may not even get them by the looks of other reviews! I'm so disappointed. $322 wasted! I feel like this place has to be a scam. Website says 4.5 review I haven't seen anything with a review of 4.5 about this company. :(

Check the Event Center prices FIRST. I paid $192 + tax each for Beach Boys seats somewhere in Row R.
I could have picked my seats on the Ford Idaho Center in Row D for $130 or Row R for $98. The 9 minute countdown clock at the end of confirming your purchase is what every scam warning says DON'T DO IT. And it warns your purchase is Non Refundable.

Good overall, minor confusion in relation to claiming ticket
Received status updates and then the email with the tickets with ease. Only complaint was claiming the ticket, as I clicked on the link - but didn't receive any notification to show I had indeed claimed my tickets (option to add to Apple Wallet, but not Google Wallet). When I logged on, it appeared as though I still had to claim my tickets even after I had done so.
