Avoid.

Items missing from order. 2 trees as purchased, but no ornaments included. Contacted customer service. 1 unhelpful reply, and trail went dead after that. No resolution. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

Check Amazon Before You Order Directly From the Company

Ordered 2 toddler felt Christmas trees on their website and paid over $50. After 6 weeks of waiting and no help from the company, they never arrived. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I then went to Amazon and ordered the same items from the same company for $30 and they arrived the next day.

Felt Christmas Tree

I brought the felt Christmas Tree. It says lights included. I did not get lights. I contacted support and have been told on 4 separate occasions that they are “in transit”, that dates back to September and I still have not received the lights. BUYER BEWARE, very dodgy company to purchase from.

Felt Christmas trees

Received my felt trees after 3 weeks. Lovely product. Lots of bits to stick on with the velcro patches. Big enough for my 2 year old granddaughter to play with over Christmas. Lovely product.

Christmas Surprise

I actually ordered the snowman ⛄️ by accident. I wrote to customer service about the error in my part and how would I go about replacing for the Christmas 🎄 tree. I got a quick reply stating that”not” to reorder so I did not. A few days after the snowman arrived the Christmas tree came. I’m going to need to iron out the wrinkles due to the way it came packaged but it will be fine. Thank you for fixing my mistake and for the fast shipping. Our grandson is going to love decorating his tree. It’s so cute and a perfect size for a 1 year old. Thank you!

Don't order from Everized

Last year, I had a positive experience. So in April 2025, I ordered again...and have yet (late September) to receive the products ordered. I've emailed support multiple times, receiving the same "I'll ask my manager" message. No resolution. No product. No refund.

Received a cute felt Christmas tree

Received a cute felt Christmas tree. It took about 2 weeks to receive it. The ornaments are colorful! A perfect project for my 2 year old granddaughter. I have it unfolded and will try and lightly press it for the wrinkles from the folds. That is my only complaint, which will not be noticed by a 2 yr old.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. DO NOT do business with them under any circumstances! I have been trying to get my money back for almost 4 months. Multiple follow-ups. They stalled for weeks before giving me the address to send the return. Then they made me return the blocks to a warehouse in London that cost me over $30. The blocks were sent to me from the USA. A obvious tactic to dissuade me from sending the return but I still did. Only partially refunded my money even though I sent proof the magnetic blocks were returned to them. Turns out they actually sent the wrong item which I only discovered after reading others’ reviews and checking my original order. Worst experience I’ve had with a vendor ever. I know they expected me to go away but I won’t. I’ve contacted my credit card company and filed a claim. Based on my experience, if you buy from them, you will regret it. You might as well just throw your money away. I am shocked they are still in business.

Terrible company

Terrible company, customer service, and product. Huge scam!! Tried to return an item for a month with several emails back and forth. Blocks are not the size described nor shown on their advertisements and certainly would not let a 1-2 year old play with them!! They will let you return for refund, but you have to pay shipping charges to the……..UK. They offered a replacement item, but never received it and when asked for a tracking number, I was told Customer Service doesn’t have “permission” for that information. DO NOT purchase from this company!!!

This company is 100% a scam. Do not order from them.

The ad says the blocks are 1.65 inches and safe for 1 year olds to play with. The cheap blocks they send you are 1 inch in length. This is dangerous for any 1 year old as it is a chocking hazard. They will not refund my money on sending the wrong item or this is a scam.

Big Scam!

Big Scam!!

Please don’t buy from this company. I ordered the magic cube magnetic blocks for ages 1+ and they sent me these tiny blocks a tad bigger than dice, dollar store quality, and the packaging wasn’t even close to being the same. Emily with customer service must be a computer because none of my questions got answered and the only refund I was offered was 20% and that I could pick another one of their crappy items. Of course I wasn’t offered the original blocks I picked out because haha it’s all a scam and they don’t have the blocks on their website. Lesson learned! I ended up disputing the charge with my cc company.
