I also ordered the blocks. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering the blocks. They misrepresented their product. The blocks were shown as large blocks, appropriate for a one year old. I received a tiny box of blocks that looked like they came from the Dollar Tree. An absolute choking hazard for a one year old! I have been writing Customer Support for the past month. “Emily” said she would have the manager call but they never did. I’m still waiting to see how to get a refund!

We have been waiting for the magnetic blocks and paid insurance for it and never received it. We will be disputing on our credit card

I also thought I was buying large magnetic blocks for my 1 year old 3 year old grandsons. I waited for weeks after a representative emailed me that they were on back order. When I received they were tiny blocks that pose as choking hazards!!
I emailed their support group several times asking how to make a return & each time I was told a different story! I finally realized I was scammed out of $72.00 !!
DO NOT ORDER!! SCAM!!!

Absolutely a scam! 30$ for nice sized play blocks & got ant sized choking hazards. Tried to contact support & didn’t get any valuable help or a refund. They will take your money!!

Absolute scam! I bought 32 magic cubes for £30 and I received the smallest box of knockoff magnetic cubes that I suspect was sourced from Temu. The blocks are a choke hazard and nowhere near the size advertised. I also waited almost a month for the item to arrive!

The everized blocks I received were
1.much smaller than described
2.available on Temu for $8.00 in the same packaging
3. I did not get an ebook as promised
4 I have been emailing them for a refund back and forth for a week
5 it is a scam.
Do not Order from them.

The product is not at all the same as what they advertised on the website. The packaging is completely different. The magnetic blocks are WAY smaller than shown on their website. For the amount of money they charged this feels extremely cheap and I definitely won’t be giving it to a toddler as it posses a choking risk.

SCAM! Run! This company is not legit! I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Purchased the magnetic blocks that were supposed to be 1.6” for children 1+, received cheap blocks that were under 1”. When I contacted the company by email they offer to “save” you return cost by refunding 20% toward another item and you pay the difference if it’s more?!!
Don’t fall for this scam!!!

I should have read the reviews first. I had the same experience as some other people. I ordered the larger magnetized blocks for 1-5 year olds and waited over a month to receive them. When they arrived, they were not the larger blocks; they were very small blocks for children age three and older, which would’ve been an awful choking hazard for a one-year-old baby.
I contacted the company and asked for a refund or the correct item. They tried to tell me that what I received was what I ordered, it was just different packaging, but it definitely was an entirely different, MUCH smaller version of what I ordered.

They told me that if I wanted a refund or a different item, I would have to pay the huge shipping cost to return the incorrect because they are located somewhere overseas.

This company is simply stealing people‘s money. Do not fall for their scam like I did!

I experienced bait and switch with this company. Ordered child magnetic blocks. Website described each block being 1.65" (suitable for infants and
toddlers) the blocks I received were 1" and could pose a choking hazard. Age described as on their website state ages 1-5 but the box I received stated 3+. Website description being Swiss made, received were made in China. When I contacted them regarding my concerns they stated the blocks I received were their new, improved product. Thats a joke. What I received I could have gotten on Temu for probably $2. What they advertise on their website appears to be high quality childrens blocks but that is not what will be received. I have contacted my bank to dispute this purchase as received not as described. Do not order from this website.

I ordered the Montessori Magic Cubes for my 1yr old granddaughter from a video they posted with a 1 yr old playing with normal size blocks.
A month later, I received the an item called, Magnetic Blocks for Ages 3+. The blocks are so incredibly small, they would be a chocking hazard to a 1 yr old.
Only way to contact this company is via email. First email, they replied that I did indeed receive what I ordered 🤦🏻‍♀️
Second email, they replied that it looks like there is a problem with their packaging at the factory, but it is the correct item 😂
Long story short, they charged my credit card card almost $40 for the cheapest item that I did not order.
Also, the phone number connected to the charge is a NY area code. When I called it, says Verizon Wireless your call cannot he connected.
Tracking of the item showed it came from China & the representative themselves as a company in the US.
I am upset with myself for not reading reviews before placing an order with this company. Please listen to reviews & learn from my mistake.

This company presents themselves as a US based company and backed by child development research. It is a China based company who sells subpar items at extreme markup.
Shipping takes a very long time since it is coming from China. Poor customer service. All around bad experience

I would leave zero stars if I could. I placed my order November 2nd and just received it this morning (January 5) after multiple attempts to reach out to the company. I cannot recommend working with this company or providing them money. There are lots of products out there and I would not recommend this one.

I bought two of these felt trees with lights. The lights almost burned my son's house down. DO NOT USE THE LIGHTS THAT COME WITH THIS TREE! My grandson smelled something burning and it was the felt smoldering from the lights. This could have been a complete disaster. The company does not want to refund, worst than that they refuse to contact customers or recall the lights. Disgraceful!

I placed an order and had to contact them, asking why my order had not been sent. I asked for a refund and have since received a delivery sent from China not the US.
I was charged US dollars at an over inflated price for items which are much much less through other avenues.

Suspect this company is outside the United States. After two weeks, package is now in Dallas, Texas after being in delivery city a week ago. When I contacted customer service after 12 days, they said delivery companies are busy this time of year. That response did not address why the package was not delivered when it was in town. I have sent a second email requesting a response from them on if they suspect it is lost and what are they going to do about it. Their website does not address lost packages or anything about the amount of refunds if lost. I would recommend to not allow more than 30 days before requesting a refund since that is their policy for returns. So disappointed that item may not make it for child to enjoy.

Like others have said, I did not have a good experience with this company-no confirmation email, no updates and when it arrived too late, they didn’t offer a return, only a 20% refund. I agree I think the company is not an American company-my credit card statement showed a Delaware address but they told me I would have to send it back to Europe….don’t waste your money.

Like other have said, this company was a scam. I kept getting ads from Instagram and the item I received was poorly made, and such deep creases in it that won't go away. I asked for a refund and they offered 20% back because their "warehouse is located in the UK". But on the website you can see that all the reviews are from U.S. customers and the package seems to indicate it probably came from China. It also took weeks to arrive, so I'm guessing it's actually from China.

This company is a total SCAM.
I bought one of their Christmas tree, though their advertisement in Instagram. Then I saw the same item at Amazon for half of the price, so I went back and try to cancel the order, that BTW there is no straight way to do it. Finally I discover that you need to send an email tu customer support, what I did explaining the reason for cancellation. They responded with "why do you need to cancel?". I replied back explaining "again" why. So by the point it was like 1 hour after the purchase. So then they answer that by their policy there is only a 10 min window to cancel the order, and I went over that time frame, so the item was already processed by the warehouse. Funny is that then they took another 13 days to the tree to be shipped, and now they are offering me to return a 20% of the amount paid. BS. These people are thiefs

It‘s a scam. I ordered a felt tree, which never arrived even though the order history says it did. They didn‘t answer any email regarding my complaint. Please don‘t make the same mistake.
