I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items. 2 Weeks later, after many emails, company states it ran out of product. I ask for refund. Service reps email me that my refund will not be issued because it falls outside of their 30 day refund policy. I never got the products. I paid nearly $75.00. I waited 10 days with no shipping notification. Now only an email that states I will not receive a refund. I have family , home for a short time , due to serving overseas. This company is a total scam and should not be in business.

This company is totally legit

This company is totally legit. They sent me a beautiful felt Christmas tree which is clearly good quality. Their communication was great at all times. I live in Spain and it was sent from the US but there were no extra customs duties.
Highly recommend.
