Just blown away...

I had seen the review on YouTube from some very notable photographers and didn't think much of it. I have, like many other photographers, plenty of software that I am comfortable processing my photos with.

I ended up downloading Evoto to try out the "Remove Glasses Glare" feature and was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY. The results were absolutely mind-boggling and completely natural looking.

Digging in, I used Evoto to process 130 headshots from a recent shoot. Using batch processing, I was able to get through everything in less than 2 hours. The batch processing did most of the heavy lifting, leaving only minor tweaks on an individual photo basis.

I am looking forward to using this more and looking even more forward to seeing what features are added and perfected over time.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and uninformed customer service I received. The lack of assistance and clarity has made this experience completely unacceptable. I expected much better support and resolution.

The app looks good, it doesn’t have RAW quality export option like DXO Lab, but the processing is good. What disappointed me, though, is the support. Instead of giving new users about 50 images after showing interest, they cancel them :(

The support person provided some information, but they are not tactful and do not behave as if they care about the user, and they openly say this.

Trial period is too short to see how app works.

The best app is already out there, and it's Adobe, but I don't use it because of the price. This seemed like a good option, but with customer service that openly says they don't care about users, what's the point, even if they were better?

I changed the rating from 2 to 3 because the customer service apologized and even offered 50 credits for a detailed program test. This is a good thing as it shows that not all employees of this company are unprofessional. The apology was accepted, and I decided to further assist them with some suggestions and constructive criticism. The reason for the 3-star rating is actually as follows:
- My images leave my PC and are processed in the cloud, which is unacceptable for some customers. Consequently, this program is dismissed as an option and loses potential clients.
- The credit policy, following the trend of subscriptions which are disliked by users yet have become standard practice for software companies, is even worse. This pricing model can only be afforded by professionals and wealthy individuals. If they introduced an option for smaller users that could be purchased on a monthly basis, like €10 for 30 photos a day (totaling 300 photos per month), it would be an acceptable package. Of course, they could also expand this to 50 photos a day at a higher price.

Overall, the program deserves a higher rating based on speed, results, and similar aspects, but due to pricing and online processing, unfortunately, I cannot give it a higher score.

However, we acknowledge that certain features, such as smile management and teeth restoration, currently cannot be fully processed locally and require cloud processing. We recognize that cloud processing might not suit every user, and we respect your preference in this matter.

Regarding the pricing model, we recognize that subscription-based services can be limiting for some users. Your suggestion of a more flexible, lower-cost option, such as a €10 monthly subscription, is a great idea and has been noted. No Need For Photoshop!

Evoto allows me to book more clients, hands down! I'm able to book 6 clients daily, edit, and send all the photos at the time of the shoot! The ai is super accurate, no misses. I also love that they're continuously improving and adding new functionality on a weekly basis. More than pays for itself, even though i wish there was a flat rate monthly subscription instead of pay as you go.

Great Program

Just started with Evoto, so far it's going great!
Love that it really speeds up my workflow.
There are some amazing presets available too that have great realistic results.
Still exploring what else Evoto has to offer.....

I have been very happy with Evoto but ...

I have been very happy with Evoto. As a photographer I have paid £75 per month twice for 1,600 credits, over the last 2 months. This works well for me. I have now ran out, gone in to buy some more and the pricing has sky rocketed!!! Is this correct? I either tie in for a year getting 800 for £66 or have to pay £75 for 500??? I used 1,600 per month quite easily and would be happy to pay £75 per month for this amount, but paying monthly at a fair price isn't an option. You have us hooked and have now increased your prices massively! Is this correct, and, if so, is this fair, getting people in then increasing your prices without any warning?

Won't Honor their Email commitment nor website terms

This company has horrible communication and doesn't honor its own website terms, nor do they hold their end of the agreement when committing via email.

Website states the credits don't expire for 2 years but for some reason My credits expired after 1 year. The company doesn't honor what it states on its website.

I had to fight this via email/chat and they took a few weeks to just get back to me after I followed up multiple times. They gave me a 6 month extension on October 23, 2024 but I had to fill out some long survey before they would give me the credits (even had to follow up just to get the credits restored).

Fast forward to February 17th as I'm trying to use the 900 credits I have left and the credits are gone.

Sent a message to chat and they said oh its a system glithch we are experiencing and then after an hour on chat I'm told "sorry those credits expired on February 12th."

I provided the date of the email (October 23, 2024) and said these shouldn't expire until April 22/23, 2025.

They said they made an error in communication and wouldn't honor the 6 month extension they sent me via email nor are they honoring the 2 year expiration of credits that's listed on their website. I shouldn't even have to go through this. This company doesn't care about its users experience nor doing what's right. They will apologize and ask you to email them to help you resolve the situation but will not do anything to resolve it even if its their fault.

Their terms are not honored via email nor are they honored with their website terms.
