My experience with Expat Tax Online was good from start to finish. Communication from Kein, Kenneth and Scott was always prompt and helpful and the process was reasonably straightforward. Pricing was very fair too.

Working with Expat Tax Online's Geraldine who was most helpful getting back when I had questions. She provided the answers professionally with having a personal touch too with her correspondence.

Every year, Expat Tax makes the process so smooth and seamless. They are very responsive in answering any questions you may have, and keep you updated every step of the way as to the status of your return. I have been using them for 5 or 6 years now, and recommend them to everyone!

This is the third time I've used Expat Tax Online. The first time to help me get caught up and the second and third times for my regular filing from abroad.

Every step of the process has been very clear and concise with Jennie being available to answer questions should I have any. This year I didn't have any questions, and the process was still very smooth.

Even though the filing system changed between my second and third times, I was sent detailed instructions to get used to the new system and faced zero issues.

The customer service that I received from all those who provided advice was excellent. Whenever I had a concern, there was someone available to respond quickly, whether it was through email or live chat. The only downside I found was that the new system used this year had a few teething problems which were a bit inconvenient. Overall, if I could, I would have given a 4.7 rating.
