Kein made the process easy and efficient. Expat Tax Online has been doing my USA tax returns for several years now and I highly recommend their services.

I had a good experience with Expat Tax Online when they prepared my US taxes the first time, but as a returning customer, I have not had a favorable experience. I submitted my tax information in February. Here it is May, and my taxes have been in the final stages of preparation for weeks. My taxes are still not prepared.

The customer service that I received from all those who provided advice was excellent. Whenever I had a concern, there was someone available to respond quickly, whether it was through email or live chat. The only downside I found was that the new system used this year had a few teething problems which were a bit inconvenient. Overall, if I could, I would have given a 4.7 rating.
