Efficient preparation and good communication

Honestly, one of the best service providers for tax preparation I’ve ever come across. They’ve updated their process this past year, I thought last year‘s updates were amazing and this year‘s updates are even better and make the process that much more straightforward. I will of course be back next year and into the future.

Everything went pretty smooth. The customer service is great. I did struggle a bit this year completing the questionnaire on the iPad. I’ll go back to doing it on the computer next year. I have been using Expat Tax for over 5 years and they make filing for expats super easy and stress free!!

A stellar tax team, where every step is made seamless. Service is personalized--several team members are in touch, and I could email any one of them along the way for insight or help with the questionaire. Everything is taken care of, and it really feels like pros are working on your taxes with a high level of detail and care. Speed, professionalism

The entire process from start to finish with Expat Tax Online was very professional. In particular, my point-of-contact Jennie Camarillo was extremely helpful and responsive in communication with me constantly. In recently years I have done the work to file my taxes on my own, but this past year I reached out for professional help because of a more complex case than I had handled previously. I couldn't have been more impressed with the job that Jennie and all the accountants on the team did. 100% recommend for all expats!
