If you follow the directions and submit everything the first time as requested I found this service to be fast and efficient. No hassles, my passports where returned completed in less than two weeks. I am very satisfied with the service.

The service was great... the only feedback I have is please ship the passport back in a water-proof envelope. It was left on my front door step in a standard paper FedEx and the rain soaked it through.

Why do US passports have expiration dates if you have to renew them before their expiration if traveling within 6 months of that date??? I digress... without the help of Expedited Passports and Visas this silly rule could’ve caused a big problem on travel day. Luckily we found them and we were all able to travel safely and without complication for the trip of a lifetime. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient every step of the way.
