I needed to replace a passport that I had lost in a very short length of time, so I contacted this group. I had a counselor who took every step with me, explained the process and requirements as often as I needed her to, and when I needed a new document she emailed it to me within about 3 minutes! Everything went as advertised and my new passport arrived ahead of the time promised. I am so grateful and pleased!

They gave us good advice on how to fill out the application and walked us through each step. Once they submit everything to the Department of State they can’t really give you any info unless it’s been returned for some reason, so it’s just a waiting game. We did see that our check to the Department of State was cashed and we received our new passports in the time they told us we would. It worked as expected and I would highly recommend them.
