excellent service

Purchased a Garmin Fenix 3 Performance bundle for approx £50 less than it would cost brand new on eBay. Order placed Sunday 21st June, item received Wednesday 24th June. Was slightly skeptical initially but glad I used expedit, cannot fault the service, the product or the speed of delivery.

dont be put off by the negatives

just received my Tamron 16-300 zoom lens for my Canon 100d. Came within the delivery time frame by Parcelfoce (signed for). Everything great with no problems at all. Saved about £100 on most sellers prices and with free post i was delighted with the deal. WILL DEFINATELY USE AGAIN.

Happy with my purchase but there were a few issues

I placed an order for a Nikon D7100 on Sunday 21 June and received it four days later. By buying through Expedite I've saved about £300.00. Over the next few days I’ll put the camera through its paces to check it is working properly but at the moment everything seems fine. However the security seal on the camera box was broken when I received it (although nothing was missing). The English instruction manual was a simply a set of photocopies cut to size and stapled in such a way as to make the ‘book’ impossible to read (I’ve downloaded a new manual now). The familiar yellow paper Nikon ‘Dealer Record’ warranty was absent. I was impressed that the camera was loaded with the latest Nikon software. One thing that Expedite can improve is packaging. A padded plastic mailing bag doesn’t afford sufficient protection to sophisticated electronics. My parcel relied almost entirely on the strength of Nikon box to keep it safe. All in all I would order from Expedite again but they do need to look again at packaging.

S5 duos, great phone and saved £60 compared to ebay!

Placed order for a 2 sim S5 duos on Sat afternoon 13/6, got delivered 23/6. Delivered in 7 working days as promised.
Product arrived unopened, brand new and all packaging in English with a UK 3 pin plug included. Have now set up phone, with 2 sims, all working great. Bought to replace a standard 1 sim S5, as having a sim for work [disposable] and one for personal [contract] very useful. Saved £60. Was a little worried about using site for a purchase, but used a Credit Card that gives refunds for failed purchases and this combined with PayPal 'guarantees' meant taking 'risk', saved £60 compared to ebay!

One thing I did like about the sellers website, was how it gave accurate spec information for the S5's use of 2 sims, one can be a 4G sim and the other a 2G. All the research I did (alot) on other sellers sites never gave this basic crucial info. On the sellers website says for the product:

"SIM 1 - 2G
SIIM 2 - 2G + 3G + 4G"

I cannot recommend this company

First thing to note is that this company is based in Hong Kong. Not a reason in itself not to choose this company but you may notice that some items are cheaper than competitors - there is a good reason for this. You will probably have to pay import tax/VAT on the item when it arrives in the UK.

The customer service team is manned in the UK and are very polite but my item, despite being marked as in stock took over 1 month to arrive in the UK. As it turns out, the item was not actually in stock at all and was due in mid june when my item was ordered on 19th May.

I have experienced this before when items are listed in stock (but are probably not) and orders are aggregated and finally sent out weeks later (or a month in my case).

Cannot recommend this company I am afraid.

Excellent price and service

I have bought two expensive items from Expedite Electronics and on each occasion the items arrived by courier within four days. They are genuine UK spec products. My latest purchase a Galaxy S6 was excellent value, highly recommended.

Really wasn't sure if I should buy after reading reviews

It took me a while to decide to buy from them and I checked out all the options as the price for the Canon 24 -105L series was half the price (several hundred pounds cheaper than other online shops).

Before I purchased, I sent a message to customer service to check some details and awaited a response, although didn't expect a rapid one; going by what other reviews had said. Within 10 minutes they responded with clear information for me.

I decided to buy and can't fault this. The lens was shipped and arrived within 3 days as promised.

All retailers will have issues at some point; even the biggest and it's more likely that bad comments are left as this is emotive.

Would I buy from Expedite again, why wouldn't I; 5 stars for this purchase so just looking now...

I was suspicious at first, but everything turned out perfectly well

The unbeatable prices on this site made me suspicious at first but based on the good reviews, I went on and ordered an LG G3 32GB. It arrived within the time specified and after checking the phone and IMEI thoroughly, I couldnt find anything to make me believe its not an original,legit device. 5 stars from me.

Expedite were spot on

I know there has been over the last few days, concerns about disreputable reviews made on sites like this but I can assure you this is a genuine review posted due to a positive retail experience.

I live and work in Chepstow, South Wales and I have my own small business. I purchased from Expedite a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (265GB). I had a very bad experience from a previous HK based supplier, I didn't get my fingers burnt as such but there was significant obfuscation on fulfilling an order that this company could never fulfil - as it turned out. I did get a refund but was mindful of my experience.

However, considering the product Expedite were selling was £350-400 cheaper than prices listed in the UK, I thought I'd give them ago because the saving was too good to walk away from. I'm very pleased that I did because the product is genuine, it came with full English documentation, it was well packaged and it was delivered between the 4-7 working day window promised by Expedite.

I was sent a ParcelForce tracking number two days after I made the purchase and they state that you have to allow 2-3 days for them to ship the product to the UK before the number can be logged and track...so don't panic if you can't track it straight away!

I had an excellent experience with this company and wouldn't think twice from using them again or recommending them to others.

Nikon D750

Judging by reviews online, Expedite Electronics are a Marmite company. People either love them or hate them. I loved them. The bad experiences range from excessive time between ordering and actual delivery, to accepting orders for stock that they don’t actually have. Anyway, a £700 saving over UK prices swayed me and after contacting them to confirm they definitely had stock of the Nikon D750 placed an order on June 1st at 16:30. Taking the advice of various reviews, I used PayPal. An order confirmation Email was sent straight away with a status of “processing”. This changed on Thursday 4th at 06:30 to “shipped” and I received a Parcelforce tracking number. This is the point where, according to some reviews, nothing happens for a few days. Therefore, it was no surprise that the tracking number didn’t register on Parcelforce’s website until the Saturday. From that point on I was able to track the parcel until it arrived at 09:45 on Monday 8th. Opening the parcel it was obvious that the camera box had been opened and re-sealed, but as the language had been set to English, I assumed Expedite must have done this for me. As promised, they had also put an English 3 pin shaver type mains adaptor in the parcel, as the charger is actually supplied with an American 2 pin plug from that part of the world. A nice gesture, but the 2 plugs stacked together make the charger very unstable in a mains socket, so that became redundant. The correct mains lead is only a few quid to buy and if you have a Nikon or Canon battery charger with a removable mains lead, these will fit. I kept the American 2 pin adaptor, as I am off to the States and this effectively turns it into a travel charger. The only downside was that the manual was in Chinese, so was as much use as a chocolate teapot. No biggie. If you download and view the manual in Adobe Acrobat, it is far better, as it is interactive. The Nikon Pro User website accepted the serial number, when I registered it, and my D750 is not one that was affected by the much publicised flare problem, so all seems to be legitimate. I’m not sure if the 1 year warranty is worth the paper it is written on, but I have had grey imports before, from a company in the UK, with no problems, so it is worth the risk for the huge saving.
Overall, 5 -7 working days isn’t a long time to wait if you are saving £700. Therefore, I am quite impressed with Expedite and would use them again without hesitation.

Delivery was very quick and the product met all my expectations i.e. Brand spanking new. I have no complaints regarding the on-line ordering, or email communication from Expeditelectronics before and after delivery.

Highly Recommended

Great price and service

Ordered Nikon Monarch 10x42 binoculars on Monday the 8th of June arrived Friday the 12th of June. Ticked all the boxes and good communication. Would not hesitate to use Expedite again.
Since getting my binoculars have ordered another three high value items from expedite. All delivered on time and good communication

Cheap, fast. Good customer service so far

I recently got an unlocked Samsung S6 Edge 64gb from Expedite, at ~£150 less than a UK purchase. Yes it took a couple of days longer to get here than say Giff Gaff, but worth the short wait in my view. The delivery process went exactly as they said it would. My main concern was whether this "international version" phone sourced from HK/China would work in the UK. I emailed them about this and got a swift reply that it would. Despite a bit of Chinese on the box/instructions when it came, the phone does work perfectly in the UK. It even started off with "UK English" as the language setting. So, all in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

Nikon D3300 with 18-55mm VR II Lens

I was concerned about ordering from this website as the price of the D3300 Kit was much cheaper than many other places I had seen - in some cases £100 cheaper. Having read the reviews on this website, including some by those who had bought the same product, I decided to go ahead and order. I was told that it would be 3-7 working days. To my surprise the camera was here on the 3rd working day. Great price, fantastic service - brilliant.

Prompt service + great value

I bought a Nikon 55-300mm and a Nikon 35mm 1.8G lens and found them both at a great price. Delivery was prompt and secure with no packaging issues at all. Will highly recommend

Much Cheaper and Very Good

I ordered my Samsung galaxy S6 on a Thursday evening and I phoned to track it on the Wednesday... after speaking to a very polite man in customer services I was told it had arrived in the country and was currently at parcel forces depot.. I received the phone the next day in a sealed original Samsung box, it came as you would expect it as brand new unopened and its a genuine product as I checked the imei number on checkmend... very happy and will shop with them again soon.
