I needed to see the optician as soon as possible. I asked for an appointment and was given one the next morning. The receptionist kept me informed constantly by text regarding appointmen. They made me feel really relaxed at all time. We have been going for so many years that they call us by our first names.

I went to the Sittingbourne branch of John High this morning for the removal of earwax. Kemi, the audiologist who dealt with me, was courteous and professional throughout. She explained everything clearly and then carried out the procedure, which was 100% successful, with the minimum of fuss. I would be happy to recommend this service to others who may need to have the same procedure.

I went to the Rainham branch. Everyone there was so polite and helpful. Knew what they were doing and talking about. Would highly recommend to anyone to go there. Very friendly staff

I went into Eye Emporium today on the off chance that they could check my eyes as have had some concerns. Salim very kindly did a thorough eye test there and then. He was very professional and made me feel like I was in the best hands. Thank you 🙏

Fantastic experience.
We visited the Rainham Branch to get an eye test. The optician was incredibly helpful and informative about the situation with my eyes and assisted with explaining everything that was taking place. They also explained the result of my eye test in a friendly manner. The lady on the front desk was also fantastic. She welcomed myself and my daughter into the branch and made us both feel so welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time and my daughter was settled whilst I went in for my eye test. I would highly recommend the Rainham Branch of John High as they go above and beyond. I would return here!

Mr farooq offered a quick and easy service and also gave offered me a cleaning spray and advice on my prescription, telling me to come back for a reassessment if i have issues, which was very reassuring and helped alot, the eye test was also booked immediately initially on the same day which i was happy about as it was an emergency. Thank you farooq for your service

I attended the Sittingbourne John High Optician to discuss some problems I suspected with a pair of glasses I had made, very foolishly, by another company. Lewis and Emily found time for me to provide their expertise free of charge, confirm my suspicions and expand on them with new problems I wasn't aware of. :) They also provided a technical adjustment with the easiest of the issues as a temporary fix as well as further advice. They didn't charge me a penny (Sorry, if I wasn't meant to tell.) Let's just say, my next pair of glasses is getting made here.

I’d like share the positive experience I’ve had at the London Stratford store which is a short walk from Westfield.

It’s not the most hi-tech optician that I’ve visited from an equipment point of view, but this is more than made up for by the quality of the staff all of whom were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

Eye emporium team at 184 high road are the best! So professional and very helpful. I've been going to this branch over 10years, they were the ones that alerted that I needed to be reviewed in the eye hospital. Sadia is always so thorough when examining and patient. I recommend them to anyone I speak to because of their professional approach and love that their glasses selection has improved.

I’ve been going to Eye emporium in Willesden green since my first pair of glasses now some 10+ years ago and I trust these competent, friendly and lovely mannered ladies implicitly with the status & tests of my eyes and what subsequently is recommended to remedy/help. They’re honest, thorough and helpful, including when there have been no changes to my prescription and no new glasses needed. I still go to them even after moving out of the area.
