Using EYEMOS on a regular basis has really improved the dryness of my eyes, so I am not using eye drops as often.

For several years, when I went for my annual eye exam, my doctor said my eyes were dry and recommended eye drops. I used them as my doctor suggested, but each year he still noticed they were dry and recommended eyedrops.

When I heard about the EYEMOS heating mask, I thought I would give it a try, even though I doubted it would make any difference. To my surprise, the mask really worked.

I use it for fifteen minutes every night just before going to bed while listening to my Calm app on my iPhone. Since I started using the mask, I have not used eye drops.

I had my annual eye exam a month ago, and for the first time in years my doctor didn’t mention I needed to use eye drops.

I purchased EYEMOS wipes and use them from time to time when needed. Especially when I travel without the mask or when I put too much sunscreen on my face. So, I always plan to have them on hand when needed.

In conclusion, I have been pleased with the service I have received and feel like a valued customer.

I really like my heated eye mask. I can feel my oil glands work better when I use it every day. Easy to pack in a suitcase for traveling too.

I love my Eyemos mask! I also tried a steam mask but am returning to my Eyemos mask as it is much easier to clean. The cleaning of the internal parts of the steam mask seems questionable. Water breeds bacteria. You can’t clean the internal parts with anything other than vinegar which doesn’t kill bacteria. While using the steam mask it also spews big drops of hot water onto the lids which runs down your face off and on. The Eyemos mask is much tidier and doesn’t need constant recharging!

I’ve been battling dry eye for a year now. The drops just aren’t doing anything. I saw your ad on facebook and thought I’d try it. Well! I have just thrown out all my eye drops! I clean my eyes every night and they feel clean and soothed. My eyes no longer sting or make tears irrationally. Not even when in the shower or rinsing my face and I get a bit of water in them. Great product. Good price. I highly recommend Eyemos eye cleansing.

I like the small mister and the bag included with the eye mask. I use a power pack with the mask, so it's very convenient for travel to put the mask, cord, mister and power pack all in the zip up bag and go. Hotels are removing microwaves from rooms, so I am relieved to get away from masks that need to be heated. Using the mask as a warm compress is very soothing, and the mask heats up fast. I love that it doesn't press on my eyes like other masks I've owned, and the soft flap at the bottom keeps light out. I haven't yet decided which massage mode I like best, because I'm still experimenting with them.

Could not figure out how to empty my cart as I ordered too much. Issue was I was on the Shop page - not the website. Support figured out my problem quickly.

Following cataract surgery I was diagnosed with dry eyes - hot compresses and eye drops worked to ease the itchiness and bleary vision but this Eyemos is much more effective. It provides many hours of comfortable, normal feeling eyes.
Eyemos’ customer service is exemplary. My only complaint relates to the minuscule typeface used in the written instructions - but they tell me they will address this in future print runs.
I recommend this product.

Since cataract surgery over a year and a half ago, I started suffering with severe dry eye, blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction and ocular rosacia, none of which I had before the surgery. I tried every device and every supplement along with every eye drop that promised relief. The only one that actually worked for me has been the REALief eye wipes! These wipes help so much and I am so grateful for this company.

I have filed my eye drops away in the not used shelf (high, unlit. My eyes have never been so comfortable.

I have been enjoying the dry eye relief I have been experiencing when I use the EYEMOS Mask. I need to work it into my regular schedule because I really believe that it does help. I usually use it on 45 degrees and the first massage. I’m so glad I found this device. —Julia

Cannot deliver timely. I asked that my order for eye wipes be canceled because of their delay and the company has refused to cancel my order.
As an update the customer rep Diane handled this situation professionally. She apologized for the inconvenience and sent a replacement package of wipes free of charge. I know we are all experiencing crunches now but EYEMOS did the right thing.

I was skeptical,but I do have some relief with your device, I also have noticed my floaters are not so bad now

I like how it sits off the eyes. My eyelids don't stick closed because of this feature.
Warming feature works well.
I can't use the vibrating feature as it gives me vertigo
