Unjustified Restrictions on Original Content

Right after I made a few reels, my account was automatically switched to professional mode. Immediately after that, my views started being limited, with the platform wrongly flagging my original content as problematic. My content is original, yet it was treated as suspicious without any clear reason.
Even after I deleted the flagged content, the restriction remained. For months now, every single post has been marked as limited, even though the page with the so-called “problematic” content is completely empty.
I have submitted multiple complaints and reports. Not a single one has received a response.
This is unacceptable. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no support.
If zero were an option, that would be the correct rating.

Predatory surveillance company

Consistently and shamelessy caved in to the Trump administration and is now asking for personal ID for people who simply want to make an account. They are one of the highest contributors to this dystopia and I wish the absolute worst for them in the future.

Cannot get in contact with anyone in…

Cannot get in contact with anyone in customer service! I've owned the count for years. All of a sudden now they want verification of who I am? My avatar or picture on Facebook is of a military aircraft that I worked on when I was on active duty. They say they want my driver's license to verify who I am. However, if they're trying to verify my picture from a driver's license to the picture I have on Facebook, needless to say it will never lineup. I've wrote the company, or should I say their overrated bot system, two or three times still no response. The company conveniently removed their 1-800 customer service number only adding to the problem.

I’ll never take any car to Motor Serve…

I’ll never take any car to Motor Serve for mechanical repairs, the manager and receptionist there are liars and thieves. I had a problem with a cracked diaphragm for the fuel pump. They kept the car 4 weeks without inspecting it to see what the problem is they quoted $,7400-00.
I was told by the receptionist and manager the fuel pump needed replacing; all lies. I supplied the diaphragm and was on the passenger’s seat, I was ringing twice a week and they kept on lying to me about the car being too old, parts were hard to find.
Last time I rang I told the manager to go F---k himself, I scared him and he told me to come and pick it up no charge.

This account is of great importance to…

This account is of great importance to me. With more than 60,000 followers, it represents a community that has supported me throughout my journey. I have had the opportunity to appear on television, create meaningful content, and share videos that have had a real and positive impact on my audience. Facebook is not just a social network for me; it reflects my journey, my memories, and my relationships.

Throughout my activity, I have always aimed to share positive and constructive messages. My publications have had a real-world impact: one of my posts helped locate the body of a missing person, allowing their family to find closure, and another contributed to finding a missing young girl through the visibility of my content.

These examples demonstrate that my account was not merely for sharing content, but a true tool for community support and public assistance.

Furthermore, I would like to point out that my account was verified, and I was paying for a Facebook subscription service. This demonstrates my commitment to authenticity, transparency, and security on your platform.
I understand that mistakes can happen and that certain actions require vigilance. If any of my actions contributed to this situation, I am fully willing to take all necessary precautions to ensure even more responsible use in the future.

Once my account is restored, I intend to subscribe again to a verified badge service in order to further secure and authenticate my profile. This commitment reflects my loyalty to your platform and the importance it has had in my personal and professional journey.I kindly request:

1. Clear confirmation of the current status of my account (permanent disablement or temporary suspension)

2. Precise information regarding the reason for this decision and the specific Community Standard involved

3. A thorough human review of my case

I thank you sincerely for your time and consideration and remain available for any further information.

Sincerely,

Yannick Krommenacker

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. My facebook was suspended in January. A Muslim was saying that women should be raped for not following the Sharia Law. I replied saying that he should go to prison and get raped. My facebook page was suspended in January. I appealed against it twice and was completely ignored. I removed 262 listings from Artisan's Treasures by Noeleen as Facebook has stopped recommending my listings to the public eventhough my page had no issues. I have had it with Facebook. I will no longer sell anything on Facebook. All my hard work for nothing. I will find a platform to sell on. The customer support is completely fried.

Awful Rubbish and gets worse by the day

I have reviewed Facebook before and it just gets worse and worse. I used to be on Instagram but stopped that altogether. I only use Facebook as I have a friend in USA that uses it and I use messenger. Used to be twice a day but now only once every two days because I just don't really want to go on there. Also I share my songs I write from Youtube, and that on Facebook no longetr shows the artist song title and info shared and for a while didn't even show the video picture, just the writing. It has also become even more sluggish than ever, maybe that they keep spamming us with ads and scammers that proliferate Facebook and sometimes it doesn't open at all, just a spinning wheel, yet I've got a very fast internet 300mbs, brand new pc just last week, which is a fast i7 and SSD. Works fine on all websites except Facebook. Says a lot. I think it's time to dump Facebook and abandon my friends I'm afraid.

CM Motorsport Ltd (Worst for tinting)

This garage does the worst window tinting and my experience was terrible. All accounts are documented photos and videos of before and after done!

First time > Drove home and realised my drives window had a scratch on the film "not my car window" and a air bubble in the rear window (All documented and time stamped)

Drives side winow large scratch in the tint, rear window a bubble and other scratches. Told to return, returned a week later, drivers door fixed told to wait as rear door would "come right" with the sun and time. It obviously didn't returned again to fix the issue. 3rd time lucky the bubble was fixed and the film removed again but had to wait two weeks and now I find on my drivers window the terrible dust bubble picture you see in the attached photos! Should have fixed and resolved the issue the first time I returned. Now I get a laugh that the service was great from the owner and a refusal for refund unless I return and let him remove the film himself. NO one would do that as the skill level is poor and the trust Is broken!

I had to go back and fourth 3 times to fix the window tints on the vehicle to the point where I've had to seek advice from the citizen advice consumer service. The installer/owner wants me to return a fourth time "To give his product back" before he provides a refund. So he would like me to return a fourth time to possibly damage my vehicle further in order to recieve a refund. Under the consumer act 2015 I only had to return one time this would be the fourth. So got a case reference and I'll do what I need to. As for a consumer, DO NOT use this company for window tinting.

Cost me over £200 and now I have to seek consumer advice and citizens advice help and send letters to try recoup my money to go pay someone else to do this properly on a brand new vehicle.
The fact that I'm supposed to let someone fiddle with my windows for a fourth go is ridiculous and I will not let that company near my windows or car again!

Facebook/meta is really a poor excuse…

Facebook/meta is really a poor excuse for a social media company. I've never been a member of Facebook, but apparently I have been banned for life due someone else's nefarious activity on their site with my name. They can't even verify me with all of their so called security protocols. Such a sad state of affairs.

Impossible to report privacy violations as an adult

Facebook’s reporting system for privacy violations is extremely limited and ineffective. There is no clear option for adults to report videos that include identifiable footage of themselves without consent.

I have submitted multiple reports regarding videos where I am clearly identifiable through my face, voice, clothing, and interactions. Despite this, I continue to receive responses stating that no violation was found, and the content remains publicly accessible.

This has resulted in unwanted exposure, harassment, and serious concerns for my personal safety. Any blurring or minor edits are not enough, as I remain recognizable.

Meta needs to take privacy more seriously. The current reporting system makes it nearly impossible to get unauthorized content removed, especially when it involves reposted or viral videos. Users deserve a more effective and responsive system to protect their identity and safety.

My Facebook Account was Suspended after 10+ yrs after I was Hacked

My Facebook account was suspended after 10+ years on it. I was hacked locally and found out only after being suspended. At same time had Identity theft on bank account. I don't know the person who hacked me. I have no idea why suspended and disabled permanently. I didn't knowingly violate Community Standards. I called an (844) number which turned into a nightmare. That Facebook Support person said I had $4000 in charges on Facebook Marketplace done by hackers. He had a Facebook badge and phone number showed it with Facebook Support. Next thing I know he paid four Arabian guys with my PayPal Debit Card I didn't authorize. He got it from Sharing screen I'm not used to using. I didn't authorize these charges at all. The support rep was named Michael Sertec and his badge said Meta on it claiming he was a Facebook Support person. He said he'd been doing it 7 yrs

I only reposted what others had already posted. I tried not to be political or religious but people were harassing me constantly to take a stand. I was blamed by non-Christians for political situation even though I had nothing to do with it. I didn't post anything lewd that other people didn't already post. I'm a comic so often was jokingly posting about disliking politicians. I don't trust any of them. I especially object to them claiming to be God.

As of this date my account is still down and all my digital photos that were up gone too. I need those back since I lost everything to hurricane Mold Spore damage, and that's all I had. Supposedly this Facebook Support Guy would get my account back up after this Facebook Marketplace thing taken care of. To date it's not up and I'm out a lot of money that he illegally took after promising no money would come out. Facebook should be shutting these scam people down rather than letting them continue defrauding people because nobody can get hold of any real support people. I reported the constant sexual harassment I received on Facebook.

I guess we're faced with suing Facebook to get my photos and money back. Haven't had any problems on other sites. I lost years worth of contacts too.

Meta is dystopia trash.

Ai distopia trash. I'm glad I got out of social media years and years ago, tried making an account again to run ads for a website...meta is absolute trash, this site is worse than a backpages scam porn website, completely unusable.

Apparently other mainstream social medias and sites work, but I am so astounded as to not even being able to make a basic profile, being banned with absolutely zero information, entered 2 minutes into making 2 profiles...
