very few vegetarian options only 3 to 4 per week some repeattwice, this is the second time I tried it and the last one, until their portions get larger and more vegetarian options.

The meals are delicious. I have only two comments:
1. The plastic on the meal containers is very difficult for my aging hands to remove.
2. I wish there was a recyclable way to provide ice packs.

I don't like being locked into your weekly sub system, even though I can skip weeks
I want an option where I can simply order on occasion 1 or 2 meals based upon my needs
No problems with the quality of the food

Food is delicious and the variety is good, as a single person this is out of budget to do regularly but it came in really handy during a very busy couple weeks at work. I do also find that some are just slightly too much food so I do end up wasting a bit.

Packages were not frozen. Musroom and chicken thighs dinners (2) were dried out.

I tried Factor for a second week and will be cancelling my account. Week 1 was okay - some meals didn't agree with my stomach, so I tried other meals for week 2. Same experience so just not happy with how my digestive experience is. Many of the meals are heavy on the garlic which could be my issue. Oh well. Tried and tested but no bueno for me.

This is only my first week using factor, I'm assessing the true value of most importantly, the taste, the value and the quality of the food and its nutritional value.

So far the taste has been impressive for a prepared meal versus any store bought prepared meal solution. I am a good cook and I know I can make meals better specifically designed to my tastes, but I am enjoying tasting some flavors that I don't normally include in my own cooking.

I selected calorie restricted options, as I am working towards losing some more weight and watching my weight. The health aspect is important to me, so the nutritional value is paramount, I find the meals well balanced BUT so far in my first week, there are a lot of meals with pasta and I don't believe that particular carb is the best to consume. Of course I could control this better with my selections, but you are limiting a lot of the meals if you remove pasta, although I need to look more at some other options like Keto or maybe some carnivore meal options in my routine.

I am enjoying the test so far, and I will continue for at least 4 weeks to provide a complete analysis of the value. With the high prices of groceries, there is a large benefit of far less shopping and time preparation which is very attractive and beneficial.

So far so good. I have to fine tune my choices, but that will take time.

Factor right now is perfect for me. I am a senior who really does not like to cook. Cooking is just a lot of work for me. So because of that I don't always eat well. Factors meals are delicious and a very healthy choice.

The package was well packed with ice packs and all so delivered well since I only got home after 5 hours. The food was delicious, the meal size was great. Finally very easy to prepare to eat. Thanks to my family member that suggested you to me.
