I did get charged recently for something of which I was not aware of what I had purchased. But when I brought it to the company's attention, they did reverse the charge without fuss or fight.

Brilliant customer service, no problems whatsoever

Fadr is an excellent for creating stems and remixing tracks. It makes it easy to separate vocals, drums, and instruments, even if you’re not an advanced producer helped me a lot. The platform is simple to use, fast, and great for experimenting with new ideas. Perfect for DJs, remixers, and anyone looking to get creative with music.

Sent a message about a refund for my subscription and customer support made contact in less than an hour also gave me my refund within the next hour I highly recommend this company and it's services

I tried the product a year ago but didn’t have the opportunity to explore it further. This year, my subscription renewed and I was charged. A majority of audio software now has some form of ai in it these days but these guys were some of the first on the block. The stem separation was the first product I used from them and it does a fantastic job. It even gives you the midi which I found extremely helpful and time saving. The plugins are great for getting your ideas going without having to spend eons scrolling through presets. On one occasion I needed to reach out to them for some support and they got back to me with in a day and they were eager to solve any issues I had.

I encountered an issue with my subscription renewal and reached out to customer support. They responded by the first business day and resolved my issue without need for further contact.

I forgot that i had an ongoing yearly subscription, which i didn't use for the most part, and got charged without any prior notice (a update email before renewal would be helpful). I wrote to support and got an immediate refund without questions. 🙏
