So far 9 days later and it's still not arrived. Was to replace a broken phone, so we've had to buy a different one, and have requested a refund, but not had a response

Great experienced buying on the website

It was a bit hard to find the DAC converter cable, but apart from that all is fine. A tip could be to make it possible to activate an older order line.

Fitting the part was straightforward, but getting it was more difficult. The cost of having it delivered to my house was enormously high - about £9 - but the places from which I could collect it were all at least 5 miles (8km) away, raising the carbon footprint of the part and the service.

Display was broken and the change was easy and worked perfectly.

I didn't understand some accessories are incompatible with each other: finger loop with card holder and flip case with the normal case. Can I have a refound for the finger loop and the flip case?

It's an impressive phone and the Murena software is a smooth transition from Android and iPhone. Every APP runs nice. The features, like the changebility of the parts and the privacy concerns are the crown of all for me. The options for vpns, intracibility, the "wall of shame", the buttons to disconnect microphone and Camera are top notch. Really liking the experiente. My only problem is with the charging and the speakers (who left me to wish for more).

Phone not delivered. I am out of £540

The part arrived quickly, had it replaced in literally one minute... The phone was dunked under saltwater and it survived, I dried it out, repaired most of the damage, cleaned the contacts and it looks like it's fine now. Best regards to Fairphone

The phone refused to start, so I contacted Fairphone knowing I had a 5 year warranty. Simple stuff. They sent me a label, I sent them the phone, they sent me back the phone with a list of parts that had been swapped under warranty, no bill. Best you could hope for and done in a week, end to end.

Besides not loving the navigation on the website I really like the produkt, company values and speed at which they sent it.

The only thing remotely negative that come to my mind is that it's so strong that I never needed to repair it, despite multiple 1meter+ falls on rocks or concrete. I have it for 3 years now
