They had what I needed in stock, the price was as expected, shipping was okay but held up at UK customs - no fault of Falan. Good experience - I'll be back for more.

Got What I Needed
I was able to get a SIP part that SIP didn't have in stock. The price and shipping were slightly less than SIP.
The entire order took 10 days from ordering to delivery in California, USA.

The buying and shipping was good. I bought mirrors for my Vespa 250 gts and even that in the site it says that it’s compatible for this model I need to buy adapter so it will fit the Vespa.

The stated shipping time of 1-2 days…
The stated shipping time of 1-2 days initially confused me, because it took four days for shipping to begin. But then everything went remarkably quickly from the Netherlands to Germany. Overall, my experience with Falanparts and the price are very good.

Fast delivery despite the odds
As a result of a misplaced parcel, Falanparts sent a new set using a much more expensive DHL service that reached me in Singapore in a very short time.
