Put the car in at 10:30. Was told mid afternoon for pick up but they set up what's app for communication which I thought would be good.
By 16:00 sent what's app to see if car was ready. Waited over an hour without a reply! So,as no buses decided to walk up to Farmers. Went in & car parked in bay, no one working on it. Big queue at reception so waited about 30 mins . Which is OK but then when I asked if car ready told "oh just finished " clearly a lie as I'd been in the building and no one working on it so clearly finished earlier.
Asked why no reply to my what's app he said I'm busy ! Yes and I'm a customer and you set up the what's app so you should reply.
Very poor communication throughout, actually non existent

I find going into a garage can be a bit daunting but Steven was super helpful. I dropped the car as soon as the garage opened and didn't get back until literally a minute before close but Steven was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

I had two front tyres fitted to alloy wheels on 7 July and was told the security nut lock bolt had been put back in the boot. On returning home there was no security nut bolt anywhere in the car . I returned to the depot and was told to phone SEAT and get a bolt which Farmer Autocare would reimburse.
This would never have happened when Sir Tom Farmer was alive.
