Love getting my Farmers Pick delivery
Look forward to receiving my fortnightly delivery of vegetables. Love the variety and the idea that I will receive veggies that I don't buy often (or at all), but will now be prepared to give them a try. Even though this is produce supermarkets reject for size or shape reasons, the quality is fabulous! Service by the support team has been friendly & efficient when I've needed it. Great value for money, too.

Great quality and value
The fruit and veg that arrive last well and are generally high quality. You occasionally get something a bit too bruised but it's rare and doesn't impact how good the value of the box is.

The produce is always fresh and lasts at least 10 days in the fridge. The food is packed well in the box so fruit and vegetables are not damaged. Very happy with the variety of produce received every fortnight. Definitely recommend using farmers pick to deliver fruit and vegetables to your home. My family loves it! Thanks Maria.

Good quality produce
Always get good quality produce and I like that we can choose what to have excluded from our box. Been getting Farmers Pick for a few years now and haven't even thought about changing as price is still the best for what we get.

Great produce
Great produce. Decent value for money. Delivery drivers on a whole, suck. They speed around our home and won’t get out of their car if our dachshund is there. We also no longer receive notification of when the driver is nearly here so it makes it hard to meet them to intercept our delivery

I’ve received about 5 deliveries now and I’m really happy with what we get. I order the box for one per fortnight and it does both of us with some help from our own garden
Delivery is wonderful. Great drivers and packages are not damaged
I have to admit plant identification app has come into play 😄 new tastes and learning

Love Farmers Pick
Love Farmers Pick! They don't just save perfectly edible fruits and veg from going to landfill (food waste - ew!), they actually pack a very good variety of different fruit and veg. Huge portions too! For my last fortnight, I got maybe 6 onions, a whole butternut squash, a bag of rockets, like a dozen tomatoes, 2 avocados, eggplants, green beans, lettuce, a whole head cabbage, half a dozen carrots, 3 large zucchinis and more. Unless I'm making a specific dish for a special occasion, I rarely need to top up with other veg from the market. They're awesome!

I like that you can choose to veto a few items on your account so I never have to receive rockmelon etc.

Outstanding produce and prices
The produce and the prices are outstanding.
The fruit and vege boxes are phenomenal and I love that it's "imperfect" goods... which is insane as they're all lovely.
We had our first meat box the other day and the quality of the meat is truly sensational. I'm really not sure what the bloody hell we've been buying and eating from supermarkets up until now 🤣

2 out of 2 orders epically failed
2 out of 2 orders epically failed, I'm not sure if there's a two box limit going on but if it can't get squished into 2 boxes then it ain't coming.
First time the entire half of the meat order didn't arrive, waited days for contact by a human, the AI before told it hadn't yet been dispatched or delivered, when a human contacted me they said there was a mistake, alright fine, accidents happen.
The rest of the order came a week later, I can't complain about this too much seeing it was resolved, but it took days of radio silence before anyone told me what was going on.
The order just now happened, the meat order was perfectly intact but the fruits and veggies box was half of last time despite the fact I ordered more fruit this time, then the eggs and chili oil is non-existent DESPITE the fact someone had put a sticker within this box saying ALL of the fruits, veges, eggs and chili oil was within.
I'm simply not doing this anymore, the people seem quite nice, the business idea is very wholesome and excellent produce, but if they're not going to deliver what I ordered then I can't help reduce food waste by reducing what's in my wallet for something that is 'forgotten' and not delivered, even Doordash does better (a lot of which ISN'T cheap btw, so hurts financially because independent famers are here vs factory farmer+cheap overseas labor costs).
I have a family to keep full in this economy, life is hard enough and what was possibly a good avenue for both wallet and buying from local farmers cheated out of their produce via supermarkets, turned out to be a miserable ordeal both times where the supermarket, with all its horrific price gouging on both us and farmers, still holds its chokehold.
