I am now convinced that this is a scam. I am not stupid. This is a scam. Every time I try to send my money which they collected on my website they come up with a dishonest reason for declining. I can't wait for them to be investigated, arrested and for the documentary on Netflix. Ask for my money, God will deal with you and yours Fasterpay!

I NAZIF ABDULWAHEED have an account with FasterPay they hold my funds and refuse to let me withdraw my funds cause I ask the customer care support that can I cancel my ongoing transaction it’s a question and they went on and cancel my transaction that’s where the problem start. I chartered with their customer care support and refuses to answer me.
FasterPay is the worse ever app I have used in my life.

I don't recommend using FasterPay. For more than two months I have not been able to withdraw 491 euros from my business account, although my account is approved. No one will answer my letters in the chat and in support.

Money Withdrawal Disabled Without Any Notice

Upd. Money withdrawal was finally enabled, but before that they requested a proof of orders delivery from my side.

I have been accepting payments with FasterPay for approximately 4 years, we had different kind of issues during this time but they were resolved by support. Last week I realised that withdraw money option was disabled in my account without any notice, with message to reach customer support in chat when you hover over the send money button. I contacted the support immediately since this is a very urgent issue, but my request is still ignored by customer support. More than 1 week without any explanation from customer support why money withdrawal was turned off for my account.
Issue number is AT-221017-CGN6

I can't log in to my account on the…

I can't log in to my account on the fasterpay website.
Prompt to verify my mobile number.
But the problem is that my phone can't receive the verification code sent by fasterpay at all.
I have tried countless times in the past week, but I cannot receive the verification code sent by fasterpay.

After that I couldn't find any phone contact information for them. They can only be contacted by email and online ticket.
I have sent the following ticket:

It's been many days so far and I still haven't received any response.

I've contacted my mobile phone operator and they don't do any blocking. So it can't be the operator's problem.
And I have tried at least 20 times in this week, and I have not received the SMS verification code.
This is actually a paradox. You said that you can see the text messages I received from your system, but the problem is that my carrier's text message records do not show that I have received text messages from you. So my phone is not SMS may be received.
There is no problem with my phone receiving verification SMS from websites such as google, facebook, etc., why can't I just receive yours?
Please cancel my SMS phone verification, or you can use voice verification instead of SMS by calling me.

Also, please don't use the ticket to contact me! I've said it repeatedly, because I can't receive your SMS verification code, so I can't log in to your website system. You send me a ticket, and I need to log in to view and reply. But Obviously I can't log in, is this a joke or intentional?

There is no funds and no answer after verification…

The customer made the purchase on August 23rd, and as of today there are still no funds despite the successful completion of the verification process. FasterPay, the worst payment gateway, did not respond in any way after receiving all my documentation. now they are inform me that my account are going to be deactivate it because my website is out of stock. WORST SERVICE EVER

I started a Wix store and need a Fasterpay account to receive payment.
They asked me to have a shop ready with all info only then, they review it. I worked so hard to get all the products up for them to review and after ~18 hours for every time they reply my message, they said NO because my shop is in their restricted business model. I tried to explain and gave evidence that my store has nothing related to their restricted models (It's handmade stationery) but they said :"This is final decision. Have a good day!"
I was so offended by their rude attitude that I asked how can I delete the account. And the next day I just can't log in fasterpay anymore. WOW!!! What a fast response, so much faster than when I message them.
But I guess I'm lucky enough to not have any payments on hold by them like others. I just need to have my Wix refund.
What a BAD service and RUDE attitude human support from Fasterpay.

transaction pending…

I've been having my transaction pending and account suspended after making the transaction with proof that I'm the cardholder. Been trying to contact the support and didn't get any replies. the verification is done yet it's still under process.

Money stuck on "processing" scam

Ok, I used to have no problem with the support and everything. I even consider it great support but recently it's been horrible.

I have made multiple support with no reply and they have been holding my money with the terms "processing" for almost 2 months. There is also I believe some missing balance.

I already uninstalled it on my Shopify until they fixed this. For anyone who reads this, beware of this and it might be better to stick to other alternatives until they have better support and solve these "processing issues"

Edit: I am not contacting you on Facebook. I opened 3 tickets already and 2 of them got ignored. 1 of them got 1 reply then support disappeared again. Obviously everyone here experience the same horrible support so stay away until they fix everything

A few weeks ago I wrote a review about…

A few weeks ago I wrote a review about a particular situation we are having.

To this day we still have our payment withdrawal system totally blocked.

We understand to a certain extent that there is a serious situation but there is an underlying problem when the ticket support system is not attended 24/7 as indicated.

It is very difficult to be able to contact you today since the tickets are not being answered as soon as possible, so the only contact method is TruePilot and it is not suitable for a financial service.

Our ticket is AT-220831-QPZQ. We ask for a resolution to the situation since at the moment we cannot face the pending payments and it is becoming an unsustainable situation.

Edit 27/09/2022:

Fasterpay has finished solving the incident and we now have everything available again.

Do not engage with FasterPay

Do not engage to transact with FasterPay. I was supposedly to get a refund last 31st of July 2022. And they said will take several banking days to reflect on my account. I chatted with them (will take forever for them to reply) to no avail as of today (20/09/22) I did not receive a refund. I complied with their request to send them the "bank statement all of the transactions from the refund date".
Still they did not reply to my email. I am warning to you mates or to those whoever will engage with them that they will rip your wallet.

05/12/2022 - Funds are still locked, they are holding funds which do not belong to them they are continuing to ignore my messages. STAY AWAY FROM FASTERPAY!!! Reviews here prove that they they should not be trusted.

18/10/2022 - Update: Still unable to withdraw my funds and they are not responding to any of my messages for over a month.

18/09/2022 - Last heard from them after providing them the documents they requested for their review:
"We will be looking into the provided documents and get back to you again."

I Have been using Fasterpay for several years, Never had any issues with them.

Until a week or two ago where they asked me to provide documents, which I did.

Shortly after that I received the following message from them:

"Your business profile has been reviewed and approved again, we appreciate your usual cooperation."

I then tried to withdraw funds from my account and noticed that Withdraw/Send money functionality has been disabled.

I messaged them again and to my astonishment they wrote:

"Regarding your inquiries, our banking partner cannot support your business model anymore, therefore, your project has been requested to get turned off for credit card processing.

In the meantime, you can continue using the alternative payment options which your business is already enrolled for.

Also, note that the funds will be on hold till we review your account again and reach out to you as soon as we have an update."

90% of the funds were not even processed using credit cards to justify holding my funds.

I will make sure to warn everyone about them until they let me to withdraw the funds which belong to me and my family!!!

Fasterpay is making a financial fraud right now.

I've been using them without a single issue for a year or so, and not a single chargback request, etc. So a perfect customer for them. The payment processing just stopped working without any notice from them, and all my hard earned money is frozen on their platform. The support responded after a week stating that my money is on hold and they will reach out to me sometimes? I see the same going on in all recent reviews, so guys let's start a discussion on reddit or somewhere, and do something collectivly.

FasterPay theft

I have been working with you since January 2022 and today my patience has come to an end. For all the time of working with you, there were not even weeks that something did not break or fail on your part. Often you charge my buyers and tell them that the payment failed and after a few hours this payment is credited, but by that time the buyer has made another payment and this leads to duplicate payments. The last time you disable the send-out of funds from my account without any reason was due to some kind of proceedings with your partner bank. Yesterday, all transactions disappeared in my personal account and appeared after a few hours. But today's incident I will not tolerate - you stole $1,000 from me. On what basis? Why is your support team not responding for several days? Do you realize that you provide a HORRIBLE level of customer support? I work with different payment acceptance services, but you are ranked last in all criteria. Customer support is 0, payment acceptance is 0. Have you started stealing yet?

You are lying even now. You still haven't answered any of my questions. I have been waiting for 5 days for you to answer on what basis you stole 1000 USD from me and transferred them to Rolling Reverse, if you always take money to Rolling Reverse from each payment. In fact, you stole this money because it was already in the main balance only because I did not have time to transfer it to the company's bank account. I'm wondering what you would do if I managed to transfer this money to the company's bank account. Would you rob someone else? In addition, I still have not received an answer to the question of when all the money in the Pending status will be settled - for more than a month this amount has only increased and you do not transfer this money to the main balance. Payment is left pending with absolutely…

Payment is left pending with absolutely no information about it. Not even a way to reach through support, as it seems no one will respond.
Bank says money has been sent, second day with nothing received in the account.

Edit: As a response to your response, the ticket has answered with
''Duo to an ongoing technical issue with our partner, we won't be able to process payments. We will inform you once we are functional''

Your response states I was not charged, but my bank says money has been transferred to Fasterpay.
I also have the information from my bank.
The ticket doesn't say anything about the money or if it will be refunded.

FRAUD?

I've been using them for some time for card processing, and they were fine. But in the last month or so, the payment processing just didn't work. It took me some time to notice that, and I lost a lot in the missed sales.

I wanted to withdraw MY money from the Fasterpay account to my bank account, and that feature doesen't work as well!!! So I believe it's a fraud.

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR OVER A WEEK! WHAT A JOKE OF COMPANY!

But suddenly my account is frozen without any notice and after 2 weeks I have received the answer that my business type is not supported. But it hasn't been a problem for 3 years.
