My experience may not necessarily be yours

Well I've seen a lot of the issues here and they can be treated as such:
* Don't deposit until you're fully verified, and yes it can be a painstakingly long process when even more bizarre requirements them most other fintech ask for.
* Even when you deposit, make sure you don't void any of the policy, that will most definitely constitute a nuisance
* When in silence mode from their mail ticketing customer service,. kindly hop onto their Facebook platform and get help, believe me that works like a charm, you can't send message to their Twitter account, that would have been helpful too...but Facebook is a good place to reach them...in minute tops 45mins, in fact it has never taken that long

They haven't scammed me, they always paid me the money they owed.

But gosh they're so unprofessional... The website is buggy and confusing, and the customer support takes ages to reply.

Faceless company where nobody cares.

Scam Scam guys run this site is a scam I register got verify then i tranfer 80$ to it today 26/01/22 even though they charge me for tanfering till now I they refuse me to access the fund wrote several mail more than 20 begging them no body responded to me pls guys this has thought me a very good lesson to always review a site before carrying out transaction

They refunded me after much pressure, at the first time themselves claimed that they cannot return the money back to my card, seeing that I am not going to agree with that non sense, later refunded me back, which took about 2 month

This is a scam site

This is a scam site, I was able to deposit on my account but after trying to send out they cancel my request telling me to upload further documents, which I have done it’s been 17th of Jan. This is 23rd till they only reply and say they’ll get back to me shortly, but they never get back to me… please everyone avoid this site, they take your money and never respond to your complaints…

currency issue

Site that used them, bills in euros, I checkout and pay and everything say euros
but then I'm charged in dollars costing me more.
luckily its minimal with the card I used, but could of easily cost me more.

Unprofessional and unresponsive

Account Manager, Beatriz Hernandez is a total unprofessional and unresponsive to emails. How do they hire these so called "managers" if they lack business etiquette to begin with. We registered our company to their FasterPay Processing service. She requested for documents which we have provided. A week later they approved the documents uploaded in the system but still our account is in test mode. We followed up twice through email and contacted Beatriz Hernandez and she never get back to us. It's been 2 weeks now and we cannot use the account. No response or anything from them. I should have read the reviews prior to applying with them.

Scam company won’t release money!

They are holding my money and won’t release it. They won’t answer emails or calls. They have over $7145 of our cash and keep marking my emails as resolved without answering them. DO NOT USE THEM!

Happy as a merchant since half a year!

We're using FasterPay as payment provider for about half a year. I don't know of any lost payments that hasn't been resolved. Our customers are satisfied and our delivery is instant as the notifications are send right after the order if there are no suspicious activities which makes the system automatically refund the money to the card.

All payouts did work for us as they should. At the start there was a small problem with transfering money from the Processing Section to the Main Account. This was fixed shorty after we mentioned this.

Support could be faster. But all requests are being answered!

My bank account is constantly being…

My bank account is constantly being ripped off via fraudulent transactions by faster pay.com. They have no phone number on their website. $50 transactions keep getting tagged on my debit card. Each time I get a new debit card it gets hit by faster pay.com. I have never used faster pay.com so I have no clue why I keep getting funds stolen from me.

Fraudulent unreliable company

Fraudulent unreliable company. If you are European and you use virtual Visa Cards know that you will get your account blocked if you add more than four visa cards. If those cards are single-use, then you can only use FasterPay four times before you get your account suspended. After you get your account suspended they will ask you for private information that violates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Stay away from this sketchy company and use something safe like PayPal.
