Won't give me my money !
Have been trying to withdraw funds from them for 4 months and am unable to do so !! They responded to emails initially and kept telling me their "system was down" but now they have stopped replying.
They do not appear to have a complaints procedure in place. They have MY money which I cannot withdraw. How can this be legal?????

Terrible service
Terrible service. I cant use my account to purchase but could to top up. Now it won't let me use the balance or withdraw it so its just sat there as dead money. Never ever use it they are not reliable at all...

Very pathetic and slowest service
Very pathetic and slowest service. My top up payment is still pending for last 4 days. Fasterpay earlier told me it will take 2-3 days and now they're saying it takes 7 days for the funds to arrive. I believe someone is delivering the money hand to hand. Slowest possible service ever. Its ironical of their name "Fasterpay". Never put your money or trust into this fake wallet company. Your money will get trapped forever.
