DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND SCAMMERS OPERATING IN AN OFFICE TO MAKE IT LOOK LEGIT! I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS ONLINE FIRST BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THEM. THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE £180 FROM ME TO HELP ME WITH MY VISA APPLICATION. LESS THAN 12 HRS TO MY APPOINTMENT I STILL HAD NO DOCUMENTS FROM THEM. (THIS WAS ABOUT 10PM NIGHT BEFORE MY MORNING APPOINTMENT). THEY NOW SENT ME DOCUMENTS AND EVEN MY COVER LETTER HAD SOMEONES NAME!! THEY PROVIDED ME WITH FLIGHT TICKETS WHICH THEY HAD ALREADY CANCELLED ON DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. MY VISA WAS REFUSED ONLY DUE TO THE FIGHT WHICH WAS A SILLY THING ON THEIR PART!! I REACHED OUT AND ASKED THEM TO SIMPLY HELP ME GET ANOTHER DATE SO I CAN MAKE THE APPLICATION MYSELF BUT THEY SAID NO I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER £45. AT THIS POINT THEY HAVE NOW STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME… THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! SIMPLY A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE USING A CLEVER WAY TO SCAM PEOPLE!! RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very bad, clueless, provided me with fake tickets - my visa got rejected and no refund was offered. furhther they rang me to take money agian for new application. when you say its their fault, they say that employee has left. all of them are bad, dont recommend at all. they should be taken to court

I had a terrible experience with Fast Holidays for a Schengen Visa appointment, I feel it’s important to warn others.

I specifically requested help with an Italian Schengen visa, but instead, they booked an appointment for Iceland without confirming with me. When I followed up to understand why, they simply said the appointment was made and told me to travel to Italy without entering Iceland first, which completely goes against proper Schengen visa rules. I did my own research and found that entering a different country first (not the one that issued the visa) can lead to major problems at immigration or even future visa refusals. I was only trying to do things the right and legal way.

To make matters worse, I later discovered that I was not the only one. Other reviews show they have also booked appointments for countries that people didn’t ask for. It seems like a pattern of careless and misleading behaviour.

I was served by an agent using the contact number +44 7723 777714. I paid £100 for the service, and when I requested a refund due to their mistake, I was told the fee is non-refundable—even though they made a decision for me without my consent and booked an appointment for a completely different country than I had asked.

This experience has caused me stress and confusion, and I now face additional costs or the risk of visa issues. I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Be very cautious, especially if you're trying to follow proper visa procedures. They ignored my concerns, gave false information, and pushed me into the wrong route — all to take my money.

When I tried to reach out to clarify or resolve the issue, I was ignored for the entire day. My calls were either not answered or deliberately cut off. I also sent messages that went unanswered. At one point, I asked for the name of the agent handling my case, but they refused to disclose it. The person who served me used this number: +44 7723 777714.
