I’ve been a fat face customer for many years. I’ve always found the staff efficient and helpful and today’s experience was no different. Returning one of the items I had ordered was extremely easy and the member of staff was helpful and efficient.

+ve: Easy pickup from store. Quick pickup when got there. Pleasant employees. Quality product.
-ve: product color not as expected (verses appearance online). Will still keep it as I like the quality. Would not have chosen the color had I seen it in store. I will be cautious about this in future.

Another satisfying buy.
Easy to order and prompt delivery to me local store. The assistants at the store are always helpful and sociable. The dress I bought(in the sale) was one I’d been looking at for ages. Lovely print, a great length for a dress or to wear over leggings and with pockets! I feel that the dress was expensive at full price, but with almost 50% off, it was a good buy.

Bought Online
Bought two Jumpers on line both too large so took them back to the lovely Clitheroe shop where the staff were really welcoming and changed one of them for a smaller one, the other did not suit but I had no trouble getting a refund, thank goodness we have a Fat Face shop in Clitheroe its in a good location so easy to find and the staff are very helpful

Ordered online to collect at the Clitheroe store and the service was superb. I had not received an email but rang the store just on off chance that it was ready to be collected. The lady who took my call went above and beyond, checked and advised me it had come in today and I was able to collect.
