Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. Bought a pair of green trainers and found one was a size 7 and the other a 6.5. As these were in the sale there were none left in a 7 at my local store in Skipton or online. Gemma was brilliant and went the extra mile to find me a pair at the Harrogate store, even offering to pick them up for me when she was going to be there. Can't thank Gemma enough.

I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive in store 😕 It's 2 weeks now since ordering, so I'm a bit fed up. This is the second time deliveries have been delayed, so I won't be using online ordering again I'm afraid. Not sure how Next can do next day delivery yet Fat Face seen satisfied with next month.

I haven't received any notification as yet, to when it's arrived in Skipton! It's expected delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday! It's now Sunday!
Follow through on time with the delivery, or at least keep customers informed!
