Order process was as easy as usual
Order process was as easy as usual, and normal email communications advised order placed and shipped to store. However, no email arrived advising item delivered to my local store. Then I got an email reminding me to pick it up or it would be returned to the warehouse. To make matters worse, when I visited the store this afternoon, it had closed at 2.30pm for staff training!!

Fatface Wantage
I have been a loyal shopper at Fatface Wantage for a very long time.
Let’s say I leave half of my wages there.
The clothes have always been of superb quality and have excellent design.
The ladies in the store are always friendly and helpful.
Fee the store manager is very professional and often helps me to match items to my size and style.
Great customer service.

Great customer service
Despite the shop suffering a power failure as I went in to pick up my order, the assistant managed to find a manual workaround to avoid me waiting and kept smiling through the whole episode .

Collection from store
I thought I had ordered for collect from store and items did arrive in store but apparently not via normal ‘collect’ system so I didn’t get message to say ready to collect but did receive a phone call from customer service. However when I collected from store one member of staff was downright rude and told me that if products arrived at store like that again they would not be able to give me the items ordered. I ordered on line for collection, it works beautifully for M&S, John Lewis and other companies but I will never again buy to collect or buy in store from Fat Face Wantage.

I use Fat Face regularly. Their clothes and accessories are always excellent quality, and fit well. I can rely on a set size to fit. The clothes are very well made and last wash after wash. I would highly recommend.

Good clothes shop
FatFace in Wantage often has clothes that my wife or I like and we use them often. They aren't cheap but the quality is good. Service is good as well.

Great place to shop
Love the quality of the clothes, the colours & fabrics.
Only downside is sometimes things can be a little expensive so I tend to try & buy in the sales, even if it means putting things away for the following year.
