I was happy at first with feature points , until after such hard work of answering surveys, when it was time for me to cash out I was told my payment will be out after 90 days !what a scarm , and I should continue answering surveys while I wait for my pay out as.i really lost hope on this app .I am leaving it , I advice u to do the same

Very bad site After requesting the bonus, it was suspended for 90 days 😡😡

THIS IS THE MOST SCAMMIEST SCAMMIER SCAMMER WEBSITE EVER IT PROMISES YOU THEY ARE PAYING BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE NOT PAYING ANYMORE I REDEEMED THE BITCOIN 10$ BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS WAITING THEY DECLINED MY FU*IN REWARD AND STEAL MY POINTS BEFORE IT WAS 6.2K POINTS NOW AFTER THEY DECLINED IT IT WAS 5.9K PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN VERY BAD VERY BAD WASTE OF TIME

This app used to payout instantly with no issues but now with this new system of verifying your phone number makes it harder. One of my referral had the same issue now when I'm ready its telling me my phone# is not valid. I reach out to their support system which took 3 days to respond did what they said even sent them 3 screenshots of the issue and it's basically a week now with no response. So apparently, I won't be able to cash out the points that I've worked so hard for. When the issue is fixed I'll change my review.

Shortly after I wrote the above review I received an email that my account has been verified. I have redeemed my points. That's the feature point I know so I up my rating. Sadly it had to reach this far before someone could act on my behalf.
Please fix the issue of the phone number can't be verified.

** update September 2022 - I still stand by the below review but I need to give you guys an update, having reached out to FeaturePoints and they responded I feel the need to update further as I below the below to be really unfair.

So I reached $5 reward, cashed it out within 2 minutes I thought “geez got a new paypal address” so I update on the system, they verify it, sending me an email to confirm.
So 72 hours later I get an email to say reward on PayPal, checked it’s not, so I email FeaturePoints as they don’t have a Live Chat function. They say because I cashed out under the old paypal it went there.

So my issue is:
1) when you cash out there should be a pop up saying “do you confirm you’re email address as xxxxx this doesn’t happen

2) 72 hours passed until reward paid out which is no issue but the information captured was not correct

3) I emailed them straight away to advise issue, but they didn’t respond until paid out. There really should be a live chat function or something to prevent this from happening.

4) as a good client I would expect they would of given a compassion payment without predijice to me, but nothing other than standard template responses.

This is an ok points reward app, I have cashed out x3 rewards now $5 $5 $10 all received within 2-3 working days, which is fine.

My biggest bug bare is the length of time it goes into pending, I don’t see any other survey site so this, once completed you’re rewarded with the points officially, @ FeaturePoints it goes into pending for 6-84 days is the lowest / max I have encountered.

They really need to take a good look into this or advice why this is done, but it’s nice once it finally does credit as you end up potentially with a lump sum of points which you can cash out. If you are patient an don’t mind a small wait then this is a good survey site. I get the message that the survey is not for you after completing 2/3rd of surveys

Maybe they will pay you, but they keep at least half of what you earn, although you're the one working. They're taking advantage of you and you should boycott them until they give you what you deserve (they don't tell you how much they keep for themselves because otherwise nobody would use them). And it's the same for all the rewarding apps. They are taking advantage of you. DON'T be their slave, and stop using them.

Seems like an ok app if you don't mind slaving over surveys and waiting for what seems like eons before even reaching the $5 threshold. Why do this when other survey sites have shorter thresholds u can reach. So while not a scam, it takes forever.

Suddenly didn’t want to pay me my reward after using the app for years - it’s been well over 6 months since I put in for the reward and all I get are excuses over a whole five dollars - would not trust them again

I waited to pay $ 5 dollars for 3 months but I believe this featurepoints app is legit and not a scam I will get paid

Watch out: all the positive reviews are fake / I'm sure the site owner writes these reviews themselves (very suspicious that all people who left a good review only have 1 made review in their account...) I bet once all negative reviews are in majority, they start writing tons of positive reviews again so the average review gets back to 'overall good' again.

Trustpilot needs to delete all these fake reviews!

I completed roundabout 15 surveys (which is only worth 5 euro's, which is a very low reward and not worth of your time anyway!) so only because of that I wouldn't reccommend this site (other survey sites easily reward the double!) but even more important is that all points are pending. And looking at other people's reviews, they stay pending forever. So you can never redeem them.

But actually I'm more angry at another site (who made a list of trustworthy recommended survey sites...) because that's why I thought this was a legit site in the first place, because it was listed as legit. Well it's not!

You get paid for playing maes for 30 seconds

Complete scam its been two weeks and 6 plus friend invites and I'm only at 60 points. They promise 50 percent of every survey your referral Completes but never follow through. Scam.
