My package was lost

My package was delivered to the wrong address, I was not informed and it was never found.
On the other hand, the customer service employees are quite polite but I have no use for that when my package is lost.

A package sent as priority express

A package sent as priority express, didn’t reach me in time, because it spent all day at a FedEx location in France. Only 6 hours late, have they updated it’s status to “it probably won’t reach you in time.”

Worst service I have ever had

Worst service I have ever had. Waited for them for two days. Finally someone shows up with no packages for my documents. Fed ex employees suggest that I give the loose documents to them so they can send them to the US. I cancel them and use NordPost, and the documents get there less than a week.

I Have been at home all day. The delivery guy marked as "I wasn't at home" after 4 phone calls I manager to change the delivery address for the day after at my work. And they delivered to another address. And they had no idea who was the person that received.

Fedex guaranteed delivery of a package …

Fedex guaranteed delivery of a package in geneva friday noon, unless circumstances beyond their control prevailed.

When delivery did not occur I called 5-6 times friday afternoon with no answer, on the weekend they were closed.

Finally the package was delivered mon 9am.

When i asked for reasons they said there was a storm in paris. I checked weather conditions and flight schedules - yes there was a thunderstorm on friday but no flight delays and find it surprising it caused delay by almost 3 days

Terrible service!

I wish I could give no stars. Their customer service is terrible or should I say what customer service?? Apparently they could not locate the delivery address so decided to take the package back instead of calling the contact person on the delivery address. I have been trying to call the Kastrup office three times now. They say that the waiting time is 5 minutes and start playing music. 20 minutes later, no response! I had to disconnect. While writing this review, I am waiting on a call. I still have no clue where my package is - business critical package - I may add! I have even tried to use their so called "chat service". After making me fill in all sorts of contact information, the window closed saying no one is available to chat???!!! Bad, horrible, unacceptable service for a company whose core competence should be logistics and they cant figure that one thing out.

Worst service ever...

Got a first attempt on delivery. I was not at home, so they put a paper in my letterbox:
"Final attempt. Package will be returned to sender, if we do not receive further notice..."
If you go on the online website, they ask for a shipping number, which you do not have. You only have the tracking number, which doesn't work.
This I rediculous. No other company for example DHL makes it so difficult and impolite.
If you like your customer "DO NOT CHOOSE FEDEX FOR YOUR DELIVERY!!!"

The absolutely worst company of any postal service.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If you want to wait ages for your package, and be lied to more than once. If you want to become furious and in bad mood, you should choose to have fedex deliver your package.
I called numerous of times to be told the package was on its way.
Last phone call fedex told me they haven't delivered yet (10 days), because they didn't have time to do it....

Thought company's like this used their time delevering packages. I guess I was wrong.

Hopeless service - MUST AVOID at ANY COSTS

FedEx does not deliver service & they do not know that we customers are paying their salaries.

FedEx Denmark had to deliver a shipment on 17th August. They neither delivered nor left a note. We in Denmark had to contact FedEx India to get the tracking number; track the shipment & collect it going to FedEx office almost after 2 weeks(1st September)!! They also sent a bill saying "transportation charges not paid"! Although that was completely wrong; the customer care contact was arguing. Even after escalation to FedEx managers; the argument continued. AVOID using FedEx because they do not understand that we customers are paying their salaries! Next time; we will use FedEx's competitors.

Be aware of hidden costs

I ordered electronics from outside of EU, paid for delivery, and was ready to pay for toll.
A week after delivery, I received a bill from FedEx, stating double amount to be payed for toll.
The reason for double amount is "administration expenses" - that's exactly how a delivery company should make money.

I, as a customer, do not care about any expenses above what I already paid for delivery and toll.
