Worst customer service. NON-EXISTING.
It is literally impossible to get in touch with Fedex customer service. I have tried for more than 48 hours to get in touch through several means, and it is impossible. 5 calls, waited for more than 30min each call, until it finally disconnected itself from the line. Their "Chat Support" is never open, ie. "Der er desværre ingen ledige medarbejdere lige nu". To make things worse. The package I am supposed to get today on the 14th of April 2021, in Copenhagen, has been hanging around in Memphis, TN since the 8th of April. Hence, why I want to get in touch with someone to give me clarification.

Wrong Shipping Route - Delays with No Explanation or Apology
I live in Denmark. I ordered a Samgsung Galaxy S20+ cover from a company located in the United Kingdom. They shipped it with FedEx and it arrived in a timely manner as expected from an international priority shipment.
I discovered that it was a cover for the Galaxy S20+, and I had actually intended to buy one for the Galaxy S20 regular. I contacted the company, we agreed I could get the regular S20 cover by shipping the S20+ cover. I sent the S20+ cover with my local postal service. The company the sent the correct cover back to me via FedEx again.
They shipped it Tuesday, the 26th of January and FedEx's track and trace told me it would be delivered on the 27th.

When the cover did not arrive on the 27th as Track and Trace said it would I called FedEx Denmark's phone support. I was confused why it was shipped to the United States of America, they said it was a mistake and that it was in France and I would receive it the day after, on Thursday the 28th. I did not receive it on the 28th, as evident from the track and trace history. On Friday the 29th I called FedEx Denmark's phone support again and they said that the previous phone supporter should not have promised delivery on Thursday, that my shipment was indeed in the USA. They would investigate and call me back. They called me back a couple of hours later and said that it would now be shipped and delivered on Monday (today).
I have not received any explanation or apology from FedEx why it was sent to the USA and that it was stuck in a location that it should never have been shipped to for days. I had to call 2 times before it was even was moved from the USA. I am entirely not satisfied with this delivery or how FedEx has handled my shipment and if a company offers which service to use for international shipment I will certainly not be picking FedEx.
Absolutely hopeless
I cannot believe that this company doesn’t have any agreements with delivery centers or pick up locations. Most people are at work when the package is out for delivery, and if you’re not home, then you have to pick it up at their only pickup location in Kastrup. What a joke. This has to be the absolute worst delivery company in the world. One star is too much.
Incompetent couriers, incompetent company
Their courier failed a delivery twice, and I gave up when they didn't send it a 3rd time as promised. Their customer service promised the courier would call me when the courier would arrive at my home. He never did. I had to go by myself in a Corona pandemic to collect the package at their only pickup location on Sjælland near Kastrup Airport. 2 hours travel. Incompetent couriers, incompetent company. Avoid.

Living in copenhagen. They rang my doorbell, i was sleeping. Took me 20~ seconds to buzz him in. I looked out my window and i saw the car driving off.

Update: After choosing another delivery date, they told me they would be able to deliver between 08 to 16:00, that's crazy. I were grocery shopping the 15 minutes they manage to come, and now they are sending my package back to sender. Well done.

You get a notification on a working day that a parcel is coming. So you just better not have any work or plans that day for 8 hours.
Any other company I know will allow you to have your parcel just dropped off at some delivery pickup shop where you can get it whenever you want.
FedEx just takes it back, no notifications or better alternatives.
Would never EVER in my life use FedEx if it can be avoided. They have zero respect for your time.
FEDEX-worst company EVER
FEDEX, don´t EVER thrust that company!!! An important document f Copenhagen to Kolkata, India. 6 months ago. And it never reached the receipent!! SUCH a BAD service. Nobody as absolutely nobody in this foolish company was able to get the envelope out of customs in Dehli! And not able, either, to return the parcel to me. In my opinion it SHOULD NOT be legal for FEDEX to survive in a competetive market where EXCELLENT companies as UPS and DHL excist.

You are legal thiefs making me paying for custom fees and expedition fees for a product that I have already purchased and paid the custom for. The fact that you are sending me an invoice AFTER I have received the package thus making it impossible to reject it and forcing me to pay for something I shouldn't and I'm not obligated is unacceptable.
Your way of making money maybe legal in therms of rules and laws but you are basically legal thiefs.
Claiming that ..."we are often not aware of the charges levied until after we have delivered your package." is bullocks. All other currier services DHL, GLS, etc are capable to see if a package is due to extra charges or not and the receiver needs to pay (or can refuse to pick up the package) before delivery.
Just don’t FedEX ... everything else is better!
I can’t belive that FedEX can even have a running business in Denmark, when there is tons of other brilliant, flexible, service-minded delivery services available.
