Good customer service experience
I paid for fast shipping for a reparation of critical equipment.
When shipping they came an hour after I put the request, HOWEVER, when delivering I never heard the delivery man.
After contacting chatomer service the delivery man, Dennis Torp, came for a second time and delivered the package.

Has to be the worst courier service out there. No tracking. Fake times given. Even driver says ignore the times given which are always 9.10 to 1.10 and they NEVER come in the morning. Come on out of the pony and trap days and get a tracking app with correct times

They were unable to deliver my package for a week. When you speak with support, they will make a fake promise that you will receive it tomorrow, but you won't. They hold your package and do not even send it for delivery. Then you sit all day at home and still don't receive it. And you are trying to figure out where your package is, and when you track, you see it's not movin,g and they don't even know where it is. can only tell you you might get it or not today, can't tell, but you will get it tomorrow, and it's just repeating the situation again the next day.

I would rate them zero if I could, I was unable to change the delivery address on their website even though they offer this service, so I wasted an hour chatting to their customer service to change the delivery, then they sent it to the original address.

Fedex uses Svea finance for clearing…
Fedex uses Svea finance for clearing small parcels arriving in Denmark.
This means the administration charge far overcrowds the duty clearance which is totally insane. For example : a dkk 350 tshirt form the US cost 91 kr in duty but 141 kr for svea and fedex fees. You can refuse the parcel even though none of all of these shipping repeated costs are clear when receiving the fedex informations given that Svea is a debt collection company.
It is recommended to avoid useing FedEx for these situations as the costs are hidden and extremely high

Skam!! Dont buy with this delevery service. I wanted a pair of jordan 90s in a red color eu 44 for a long time. Ifound a pair on an american website. It told me it would take about a moth to delivery. Afer a moth i was told my package was on the way, I got a massege that fedex tried to deliver a package, however it was not possible for them. They told me they left a card with a QR code on, so i could get my package, however they didnt left the card. When i try to track it the website just say it has a servercrash.

Every time I see a package is coming by Fedex, I am NOT thrilled. It for sure will be a GONG show. They have tracking that reports constantly 'Out for Delivery', they have no clue who's doing what - its like a 3rd rate crap business and I wish that shippers would NOT use them as it turns to massive frustration for those on the receiving end.

They sent an email saying that they was going to deliver my order... Then sent another saying that they attempted to deliver around 11am. They didn't even left it at the collection point, pure nonsense and lack of management.

They just dont bring it and thats it and when you call customer support you cant get past the bitchass bot that doesnt help with shit. I had to drive 60 km to their central to get it myself.
