Utterly useless and pathetic company

Utterly useless and pathetic company!
I have now been waiting for 5 days for my packet. It is somewhere at a warehouse in Kastrup. Customer service is of no use as I don’t have a customer number, only a tracking number which of course doesn’t work. How this company can continue to operate is beyond my comprehension!

Consistently fail to deliver

I stayed home 3 days in a row as the package was inexplicably and repeatedly delayed, only to receive an email that said 'Customer not Available' even though nobody rang the bell. This is a systematic issue with Fedex in Denmark and not the first time it has happened. The email indicated they would leave a 'door tag' but of course, there was no door tag. So now I am again left wondering when the package will arrive.

Horrible company and exprience

When one of my orders traveled around Europe for weeks (Germany → Netherlands → France → Germany, and took a while to reach Denmark due to its lengthy "traveling" schedule), I stayed quiet and didn’t complain. But this time, I have to speak up. This company clearly doesn’t understand what express delivery means. As a customer, you pay a premium for express service, yet the package is delivered like a regular order. Customer support was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the issue. From now on, I won’t be ordering from businesses that ship through FedEx—I’ve had enough.

The worst delivery company
I bought a watch and they never delivered they kept sending emails we will do delivery today between some hours. But they never did because I waited and waited.
My advice for everyone. Please don't use FedEx. You will not get your parcel on time and it will take long time.e to get your mony back

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I’ve been waiting for my package for over a week. Every time I checked the tracking details, it says they tried to deliver and I wasn’t there, but I’ve been waiting every day and they never showed up. I also tried to change the delivery address to my office so they could deliver it anytime to the reception, but they "couldn't find the address." It’s actually a really easy-to-access place, so there’s no reason why they can’t find it. Now, apparently, I don’t have any other option but to go and pick it up myself. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Fedex - STILL waiting 9 days for redelivery

Fedex have only got 1 Star because if you don't enter something then you can't leave a review.
(1) They have my parcel since 24/07/24 for redelivery at their Hornsey depot.
(2) It's been sitting there for 9 days.
(3) Regardless of how many times I contact these mindless morons I get the same reply.
(4) The sender sent them an email (01/08/24) telling them to redeliver today 02/08/24.
(5) I get a call from David (Tyneside depot) 08:48 this morning telling me that he's not sure that they have a driver to deliver today. The number he called from 0191 249 4480 doesn't even ring when you dial it back.
(5) I contacted their useless customer service (by the net - how else) because If you phone the number that they have on the Web 08456 0708 09) all you get is a recorded voice on the other end that gives you a number of choices etc (beats having to answer questions about the ineptitude of their drivers I suppose).

I knew that Fedex were bad, but, this incident raises the bar to new heights.

I took a day off from work, so I can recieve my package. It was super important for me.
Unfortunately nobody showed up.
The customer support is non existent.

Where to start

Where to start. They tried to deliver a package but I wasn't home. Then it just sits at their storage facility for days and I have to spend 20-30 minutes with a machine learning chatbot to get it redelivered. Mind you on a website that has the speed of a slow turtle on and UX from 2007. Absolute trash. I will never buy anything online again if it's delivered using fedex.

Zero stars - Got a sms with delevery next day. 2 hours later i got at sms that they couldn’t deliver as I was not home even that I have been home all day
Tried to call them but they couldn’t find my tracking number. And be careful as you will receive sms, mail etc from hackers asking for you bank details as soon as you vendor has added your package to them

Irresponsible company ever!

The sh!ttiest, irresponsible company ever. I was home all day, there was no one, no calls nothing yet their tracking system says there was an attempted delivery. Tried to contact their customer service which literary doesn't exist, you listen to some prerecorded robotic sh!t. And then it didn't move from their hub for 2 days, again no text or call or any updates. Had to pick it up myself from their hub in Kastrup.

Great experience with Lukman

Great experience, Lukman called me personally and I even had it delivered a day earlier than announced. He was very helpful and helped me get the package up to the 19th floor and was very friendly and professional.

It has taken so long, and my package has been sent back and forth between different destinations; there's no control whatsoever. Then, my package was supposed to be delivered, and I'm home all day since I work from home, but then I receive a notification that delivery was attempted when I wasn't home, which is an outright lie! I am furious!

Now, I have to drive out to their warehouse location to physically pick up the package, and I'm met with irritation and treated like I'm a bother when I ring the doorbell they instructed to ring. There's eye-rolling, and the tone is arrogant.

I would never recommend FedEx to anyone; it's the worst company ever! Wow! I can't understand how it can even exist!

Jeg er rasende!

Jeg skal så køre ud til deres lager lokation og hente pakken fysisk - og bliver mødt med irritation og at jeg er til besvær da jeg ringer på den ringeklokke de har skrevet man skal ringe på, der bliver rullet med øjenene og tonen er arrogant.

You have one job to do….

Got messages multiple times during the week that the package is being delivered. Then all of a sudden I get information that they couldnt deliver as the address is incorrect. After a long process of getting to an actual person on their chatbox, they confirmed that delivery guy put that we did not put the whole address. After further investigation the person on chatbox confirmed that actually we did put the whole address and its not our fault. We wanted to get thr package thr same day but he said we cannot and only the week after we can get it delivered or pick it up ourselves from their wearhouse.
Literally Fedex, you have one job to do and you fail time and time again.

I’m done with FedEx, they keep helding my package due to improper packaging for the 2 time with the same supplier ! I had received a package before with the same supplier without any issues with FedEx but now it’s second time in a row. They just received the same package FedEx refused to send to me and now was shipped back with the fixed documentation they requested but guess what, they still say there’s improper documentation, where???? What’s the problem? They are so incompetent that they keep mistaking my phone number to a Danish one instead of Greenlandic, I even gave them my country code for god same!!!

NEVER USE FEDEX! They ruined my wedding

I was supposed to receive my wedding dress over a month ago. After countless emails and calls, I asked to collect it at their depot, which they agreed to, only for them to tell me the next day they have delivered it to some random address outside of London!! The incompetence and zero communication and levels of disrespect that go into FedEx is astonishing. They have ruined my wedding day! The most important day of my life and they are still putting me through so much trouble trying to get my refund now. NEVR use them!

FEDEX: Even one star is too many.

My package is not moving since more than a day, while delivery was planned to be 48-72 hours.
Customer service was not able to tell me when I will receive the package, emitted a guess that I will maybe receive it somewhere between 2 an 6 more days with no guarantee.
Customer service helped me to cancel the delivery.

Appalling bad customer service

Appalling bad customer service. I received a mail early yesterday morning (30/10) saying that my parcel was going to be delivered between 8 am and 10 pm. Later on I received a new mail that my parcel was being "relocated" and was retained in Kastrup. From then on, it has been impossible to get more pieces of information on the parcel. The chat and the robot on the telephone line just repeat what I already know, the parcel is retained in Kastrup, and no further information. This is absolutely the last time I use FEDEX!!!

so lousy parcel service....

I have not yet experienced a delivery on the date they themselves stated..... every single time you get - at the very end of the day - a message that the delivery has been postponed... once I even got it on that day it was postponed until .... similar to lousy parcel service will be hard to find ... every time I order goods I always try to get an alternative carrier ------jeg har endnu ikke oplevet at få en levering på den dato de selv oplyser..... hver eneste gang får man - allersidst på dagen - en meddelse om at leveringen er udskudt... en gang fik jeg det endda også på den dag det var udskudt til .... magen til elendig pakkeservice skal man lede længe efter ... hver gang jeg bestiller varer forsøger jeg altid at få en alternativ transportør.
