This are the best shoes I’ve ever worn. I wear them everyday, spring, summer, autumn and winter. Although I has a problem called „Fersensporn“ (in German language), this shoes helped me a lot and during the day I forget the Fersensporn.
I can recommend them for anyone. My first pair I’ve got 2 years ago and they are still OK. But as they are grey/green, I couldn’t wear them in the office, therefore I’ve bought now a pair in black.

The shop has nothing to do with its German name and website, they are a Chinese/Hongkong company shipping from there, but their marketing makes you believe that they operate from German and Returning the shoes is easy and risk less.

It’s NOT. Their „30 days risk free“ policy is a complete scam. Delivery took almost a month. The quality was not as I expected, but if one wants to send it back you realize that they want you to send it back to china. That is more expensive (49.-€) as initially purchasing the shoes for 35.-€!!!!
Bad customer experience!!!!

As you can see there is no risk free option available as they indicated on their German looking website. A complete Chinese frauds.

Be aware and stay away from them.

Their „30 days risk free“ policy is a complete scam. I ordered the shoes which suppose to arrive 10-15 days but took almost a month. The quality was not as I expected and from the first minute of arrival I decided to send it back. I have been given 3 options in short as follows:
„ 1. return it on your expense and get shoes price + 15€ voucher to spend on their website

2. the send another pair and you pay the shipping costs 17.90 euros

3. return the shoes on your expense (45.90€ shipping cost on their return guidelines) and they return your money (in my case 35€).“

As you can see there is no risk free option available as they indicated on their German looking website. A complete Chinese frauds.

Be aware and stay away from them.

The shoes were delivered quit fast and I love the way they fit. I really hope there will be classy slippers for ladies soon, as they suit better to my dresses

Everything flew good. The shipment took little bit longer than I expected, but shoes has met expectations as I have got

I have two pairs of these and they hardly ever leave my feet. I have worn them all through winter, with the odd exception of very wet days (after, all the adverts say water resistant, not waterPROOF) and my feet have been comfortable and surprisingly warm.
I have had no recurrence of my chronic Plantar Fasciitis since I started wearing them :-)

All in all, thoroughly recommended.

Order not shipped after more than 15 days. Only communication regarding order delays without any specific commitment on shipment/ delivery. It seems like a dubious company. I have tried to cancel it and get a refund, let's see!

It is excellent for walking and in this winter keeps the feet warm it’s like walking on air with no discomfort also for driving.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes, could only keep one of them. I am trying to get the money back and to get an adress where to return to. Also, my mails dont get answered in time (takes approx. one week every time). The shoes i kept are in not too good quality, but for the cheap price, its ok and i will keep them.

The boots are Just as i Expected. Very good

To start off with my experience - my product that I ordered was WONDERFUL. The advice given to possibly order a size larger than normal, was SPOT on.
Delays in the product that was bought online, were always announced, so we the client new at all times that there was a delay with the postal delivery, but did nt have to worry about it. Feldluft kept us in the loop at all times

Did not arrive on time and I never received the package. It took WEEKS! to get my money back.

Unfortunately you had a lot of orders and it delayed my order for a few days. I left for vacation on the 6th of September (the original delivery date 5 September) and had to wait until 21 September to try them on.

Shoes are great and good customer service! I will recommend this company.

The Shoes are OK. Comes from China, which a lot of shoes does. They do smell.
But hey, they where only 40€. So what to expect.
They are for sure not a sustainable startup.
But "Easy returns".. yeah right.. you have to send them back to Switzerland.
What a scam.

I am not recommending this company at all. Not trustworthy. You have no idea from where the shoes are coming from. It took almost 3 weeks til I got them. So obviously the shoes were not coming from any European countries. They claimed all over the website about free and easy return policy which is not true. I had to send the shoes back because they were small and for returning first you have to write them an email to explain why and request for a returning label! After sending an email two days later I've got a response with a pdf file to fill out and a link to the label which would cost 26 euro to sending the small packet to Switzerland! The shoes itself was around 23 euro! Thank you for fooling me and wasting my time for ordering one pair of shoes!

I ordered a pair of shoes, but soon discovered that the company was actually based in China, rather than Germany as their website implied. Realizing this, I promptly canceled the order. However, to my surprise, I received a notification stating that the shoes had already been shipped, a mere 30 minutes after I had placed the order.

I invoked my right of withdrawal.

I refused to accept the package, and as a result, it was returned

To my relief, they also refunded the full amount I had paid. I'm grateful that this issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Shoes are great, first order took a while but arrived after 2 weeks (it's fine though). Second order still no response, but the inital auto-email. We'll see if and when the second pair arrives.
