Easy to use. Medical staff gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Getting my weight loss meds was easy and efficient. I had to be vetted and send a video to prove my BMI. A good way to take care of simple medical issues and save time from having to physically visit a Doctor when tele-health is convenient and more discreet.
