Beautiful chair and footstool. The colour is exquisite (light mint green) and the velvet is so soft. It’s made our bedroom look really gorgeous and it’s so comfortable to sit in too. Delighted with the chair hence we ordered the footstool the day after as couldn’t resist having the full set! Definitely recommend and the service was great too.

Took an afternoon off work to collect a package. Package was not at collection point, who told me there was no record of purchase.

It took a further three days for the company, in discussion with its delivery company, to deliver the package.

I was still charged for the delivery, which I think is poor customer service when it is screwed up on that level.

Prompt delivery and I love the item - it's sturdy and stylish, and looks just like the photos on the website. 4 stars not 5 just because the original footstool delivered was missing a crucial part, but customer service was very friendly and helpful sorting it out, ensuring I got a complete item whilst returning the incomplete one with minimal fuss - was nice to have access to a real person to help, 5 stars on that front.

I had never heard of Fern & Grey but my attention was grabbed when the Lula cocktail chair kept appearing on my facebook timeline.
It stated free delivery and in stock so I ordered the Lula chair in mint.I received an e mail stating 8 week delivery so I penned an e mail complaint.I was bowled over by the customer service response especially since I realised my mistake that some colours were quick delivery but not my choice.The Co. did not contradict my error but fulfilled my initial assumption and delivered my chair in 2 days!!This is an example of putting yourself in customer's shoes and going the extra mile.Chair is gorgeous.Only dilemma I had was deciding on a colour.Recommend without reservation.

Ordered a gorgeous Lula chair from Fern & Grey. I contacted F&G to ask for it to be delivered on a specific day and they were helpful and delivered it exactly when requested. Great customer service, would definitely use again - my chair looks perfect in my new flat :)

Terrible customer service! I booked a delivery date 1 month in advance, I also emailed Fern and Grey customer service team to confirm the delivery date twice. I took a day off work and then spent all day waiting for the sofa and no sofa was delivered. I had guests arriving that weekend with nothing to sit on and when I emailed them to complain I was told it was a delivery oversight. The sofa arrived 5 days after the original delivery date with a text message saying my sofa would be delivered in 30 minutes and I was at work! Thankfully my neighbours were home and took in my sofa for me otherwise I would have not received my sofa. A complete sham. There was no offer of compensation as a gesture of good will for my inconvenience or their 'delivery oversight'. I would never buy from this company again!

Excellent service and fantastic chair. The quality of the chair is extremely high and the yellow velvet is very luxurious. This chair just compliments my newly decorated white bedroom. I would recommend this company.
