Zaid was really helpful with an issue I had. It was solved in less than an hour on Sunday night! I started shopping at FWP 2 years ago and it used to take a week to reach me back. I think thier customer service is improving dramatically.

I don’t have any problems with my past order from FWP and I am satisfied with every purchase but I had some issues with the delivery from my order recently which was not in perfect condition and reached out for help. Sara assisted and managed to sort it out for me so quickly. Thank you again, Sara. I really appreciate your help! ♡♡♡ I am aware that FWP shipping costs is expensive but they do also have plenty of discounts and promo. I also recommend to add the shipping guarantee when you order.

The support team was quick to respond and helped clarify questions I had about points redemption and usage. Sara was so kind and helpful!

I had an issue with my lucky paw spin points not recording. I sent an email, and they were very happy to help resolve the matter. Very pleased.

I have been a loyal FWP collector and have close to 20 pens. I had been eyeing the Superman collection since I have been a huge Superman fan since I was 8 years old.
I recently sold my house and had a few extra bucks and decided to buy the Superman fortress of solitude. I love the crystal engraving on the barrel and the ice blue color.
I was still in my unpacking mode and finally got to use my pen but to my dismay the ink skipped and the nip felt very scratchy and very unlike my previous pens.
I tried everything to clean the pen, write on different paper but to no avail.
I messaged FWP customer service and got an immediate response to address my defective pen. After a couple of emails back and forth with a very friendly and kind customer service I was able to get a replacement pen within days!!!!
My replacement pen writes like a dream and I am so happy with it.
I am thrilled with the whole experience! Thank you everyone at FWP!

Ferris wheel press customer service is amazing! I accidentally pressed and redeemed some points and they gave it back! They are quick to reply and fix the situation. This has happened before and both times they were great! Love when a company has beautiful products but even better customer service!

I was attempting to take advantage of a promotional offer on the website that would entitle my order for free shipping, but the discount would not apply no matter how many item variations, amounts, or page refreshes I tried.

After contacting customer support via the site's support ticket form - called 'Request Missing Loyalty Points' on the site itself - I was quickly contacted by Sara who kept me updated of every fix attempt every step of the way until the issue was resolved.

Fast, friendly, and efficient customer service!

I have to give a shout out to Neha and Sara with the customer service team at Ferris Wheel Press for helping me out with an issue I had with my Carousel Pen that was redeemed using the Mystery Pen points redemption on their website.

I know that Ferris Wheel Press is a pretty controversial company among the Fountain Pen community on Reddit, and I can understand why. I, personally, enjoy all the ink products I've gotten from them through the years I've been buying from them.

My biggest complaints have always been the expensive shipping charge, which they are shipping from Canada (or as far as I know were) so it comes with international shipping and the biggest issue I had with them: their extremely slow customer service response.

I had some issues with orders in the past with the checkout process and contacted customer service and it took nearly a week if not a week to get a response from anyone who handled their customer service. They seem to use Zendesk as their customer support platform, and at the time things were not very well streamlined. If you followed up on your initial contact, it seemed to put it at the end of their queue.

This time around, however, I got an initial reply, albeit automated, within hours of submitting my request. It instructed me to submit a service request referencing the customer service ticket which I did. I received a reply to both tickets from an actual person within 24 hours. And resolution within another 24 hours.

This customer service experience has significantly improved and I have to give credit where it is due.

If you've had issues with FWP in the past because of lack of communication from Customer Service or had issues getting in touch with them, I would say it may be worth giving them another chance. They are a bit expensive with shipping but they are a Canadian company shipping internationally.

I give 4 stars versus 5 because of my previous experiences not being perfect, but those previous experiences would have given them a 3 star instead of 4, so they've definitely improved.

I discovered Ferris Wheel Press back in 2020 and after my first order at one of the Retailers I started shopping on the official website. You have way more there, plenty of discount codes and cool promos. Yes, shipping is expensive, but it also motivates you to spend a little-bit-more to get free shipping.

Had some issues with Customer Service, but "poking" them usually does the job!

The inks are beautiful and honestly the best I've ever used, and I tried a lot of different brands. Absolutely stunning colors, unique and rich, that usually look better in person, than on the pictures.

Pens? I had a beef with "The Brush", because of how I grip the pen, but their newer Bijou works great. The nibs are very pretty! The Carousel pens are nice and cheap, which makes a great gift for the kids, that are just starting their adventures with fountain pens.

Overal, honestly, my favourite pen/ink supplier.

I had a problem with my loyalty points not registering. I filed a ticket, and within two days, I was notified that the problem was fixed. I checked, and the points were in my account. The customer service was prompt, polite, and my issue was fixed. Excellent service!

Quick customer service on adding missing points to my loyalty account! Also my first and only order (so far) in Canada came within a week of ordering with everything in perfect condition, I loved my inks :)

I've been getting inks and pens from these guys for a year now, they're always beautiful and there's a huge variety. They're always releasing new stuff to get excited about. I just realized today that I had used my rewards points on something that was no longer available. They had what to do in the faq of the rewards page, with a link, and after an easy form to fill out I submitted it and, no shit, less than an hour later someone had sent me a very polite email telling me it was already fixed. Good lord, they're showing off now.

Neha is always a great help and usually is great at finding a suitable solution! I always have a pleasant encounter with her.

I filled out the reward point redemption refund form and didn't hear back for about a week. I reached out via email and heard back within an hour with Sara already processing the points refund and confirming they were ready for me to use! I placed an order immediately. Sara's help was so needed because my points were about to expire! Thank you so much!!

I had a question about one of the rewards, and the Ferris Wheel Press team responded with kindness, clarity, and care. They not only explained the situation regarding my order, but also thoughtfully refunded the reward points so I could use them again in the future.

Had an issue with my order and customer service handle it quickly and professionally allowing me to get my replacement product with no hassles at all. Was very happy with the service and that it was resolved in timely manner.

Through the whole interaction I dealt with one person, they made me feel like that understood my issue and managed to sort it out for me.
