I ordered a pen, two inks, and two converters. They got lost in transit and FerrisWheel helped me get a replacement fast and easy! I’m so thankful for their help! Especially my email correspondence, Yusra! I am so excited to use my pens!

Honestly had the loveliest, swiftest experience with Yusra in customer services. I had an issue with an ink and they were so understanding, and replaced the ink for free.

I was happy when I received the package. The first thing I go for was the pen for my pens collection. Opening was pen box, empty, I was like this not right. Looked underneath the box and around in the box. Nothing, empty, just a shell box. No pen. I check my other 3 items all those were fine. So sad, where's the pen??? I did a ticket on the website for it. Communicating back and forth with Neha was great, updating me within the week multiple time, letting me know that they were looking into the problem. And did not left me hanging or waiting long for a reply. Im very grateful and happy for the service. Thank you Neha!!!

I can't wait for the Bijou FP replacement pen, to add to my collection with my other fwp pens that I have.

The customer service is unmatched. The staff are super understanding and respondc every time, even if it's just my thank-you email. You can yell it's real people who care. Wonderful experience.

I have been a lurker for a while before my husband purchased several items for my Christmas present last year. I have enjoyed romanticizing my writing with these pens all year and the collection of inks are all so beautiful. I love that they frequently have new ones. I have purchased a few additional things myself as well as backed their kickstarter. I love the price point for the carousel pens as it allows me to bring a pen to work without the fear of my more expensive one getting lost or stolen. When I had an issue with the daily spin, the problem was handled quickly, kindly, and without issue, that really solidified my opinion of this company. I will continue to purchase from Ferris Wheel Press probably until I have more inks than I know what to do with!

Ferris Wheel Press not only has the most vivid, imaginative sparkly inks, their customer service is outstanding. I had a mistake with my order and resolved it quickly and painlessly.

Update:
I recently ordered from the Ferris Wheel Press brand website and am very happy with my purchase! I ordered about 5 full-size inks (4 calligraphy inks + 1 fountain pen shimmer ink) and 1 smaller sized bottle.
The inks were shipped separately and came intact a day earlier than expected. No spillage and all inks were perfectly packaged.
The shimmer ink "Little Miss Jubilee" is absolutely stunning! I would love for FWP to bring back "Poison Envy"!

This review is based on my experience of calligraphy ink purchases via Amazon ONLY and NOT via Ferris Wheel Press site.

As a calligrapher, I was introduced to Ferris Wheel Press via IG. As they are Canada-based, I saw that the shipping would be expensive for one bottle of ink and initially passed on it. When they announced they were on Amazon, I could not wait to try out their calligraphy ink and was not disappointed. Both of their sparkling and matte inks are rich and absolutely gorgeous. You do need to clean your nibs more often as the ink is a little thick compared to Sumi Palace.
I own four and will make sure to order the Lord of the Rings Collection when it comes back!

Everything is perfect with Ferris Wheel Press. Not only their products, so beautiful and of a high quality, but their customer service and their attention. They make you feel special and unique as a customer and it’s noticeable they fight for excellence. I’ve had some issues with a pen, and the experience cannot be better. It’s been my first time with them, but for sure won’t be the last.

Review: Ferris Wheel Press Fountain Pen - The Marquise - Aubergine Medium Nib

The beautiful fountain pens from Ferris Wheel Press look like they've stepped straight out of a fairytale. The packaging itself is a feast for the eyes, with so much detail and made of sturdy material.

Upon opening, the beautiful deep purple color stands out, and the weight feels pleasant. The screw cap unscrews easily, and the sleek exterior design reveals nothing of its beauty even when the cap is off. Truly beautiful with a gold grip, lots of details, and even the nib is detailed.

Filling the cartridge is very easy. I used the beautiful Moonbeam Meadows color from the Bestiary Series. First, you shake the bottle well to mix all the pigments, shimmers, and other colors thoroughly. Then, dip the top into the ink, twist the end of the cartridge, and the reservoir fills itself. Insert it into the nib, close the pen, and voila, you can start writing right away.

What struck me was that I didn't have to "start" the pen, meaning guide the ink to the nib. I could write right away. The nib writes consistently, with beautiful, clean lines, and the ink flows perfectly. The pen glides across the paper. I'm thrilled with the addition of this pen to my collection; it's going to be a joy to use!

Seller practices suspicious, undercutting their retail sellers, crippling all with high shipping, no customer service or support, falsely advertise as Canadian company but instead source from China and assemble purchased products that appear outdated (dusty, dirty, though marked final batch newly added), loyalty program supposed to exist to review products but never received link, directions, so missed out on points to spend on free products to offset high costs.

Very expensive delivery which doesn’t come to home so you should look them somewhere else. Without taste AI generated product. They delete reviews by deleting old items in store and they don’t allow to leave Yelp reviews.

NO COSTUMER SERVICE !!

It's my second purchase. I paid for extra assurance, in case something broke or if the package is lost. It was not a small order.
I receive my package with a bottle broken (yeah, the packaging was a joke, it didn't occur to them to protect a glass bottle, so it wasn't protected).

It's been 15 days since I sent a mail to the customer service, with photos, and absolutely no response whatsoever (expect the automatic e-mail about a ticket number, haha).

I won't buy anything from them again, they are clearly not professional and caring about their customers.

Edit after the response of FWP : "we carefully package all glass bottles" -> you lie. It's simply lies, and it's easy to see (people share photos of their received packages online. It's easy to find and, so, to witness that you lie). You don't protect the bottles, you just put them into a carton box without bubble wrap or anything.

I asked my partner for some of their inks for Christmas and he also got me 2 of their carousel pens to go with it. I didn't realise that these pens were made of a very cheap and flimsy plastic when looking online and was disappointed when they arrived but that is my fault for not checking. However, i was absolutely shocked when i realise that BOTH of the pens barrels had cracked within 2 months of owning them and only refilling them once. I have had a cheap fountain pen from The Works last longer than that. Absolutely terrible quality pens but lovely inks. Very expensive shipping to the UK as well.

I made a purchase on Jan 28 and received an email the same day stating it shipped. Tracking (through Amazon Shipping) said label created. Nothing after that. I sent Ferris wheel press 3 emails to find out why my items were not shipped. Never got a reply. I had to contact my credit card company and start a dispute. Im out $133. Until the credit card company finishes their dispute.

Overall, customer service isn’t great and inks are overpriced. I have five bijoux pens, have had 4 carousel pens(do not recommend, they break easily and do not write smooth), and have bought almost 50 bottles of their inks. Their customer service does not help when there is actually a problem. In December I messaged them about their new 20ml ink carriage falling apart (it’s glued together, which I have learned all the ink carriages are) and will not sit together nicely again because of the thickness of the glue. For the price, I would have expected it to be welded together. Received a message asking me to try to put it together again which I showed a video where it does not. Just pops off again. Quality of items is just not there. Do not fall for the over priced items as I have as they do not care if their products break.

Unable to contact , keep getting automated email and no actual response .Will be looking for charge back on my card for goods that were paid for but have not arrived but were returned to sender .TERRIBLE SERVICE and obviously not alone

Really odd. Great pens and inks, but totally non existent service and no other way of contacting other than their support email that fails to reply to any issue including where is my order?. What a shame for a company to ruin a great product with no service.

Customer Service? Ha don’t make me laugh! There is no ‘service’. Sheer ignorance to ignore emails is what they do.
Was considering purchasing anyway and saw at checkout if you opt out of paying an extra £3.15 on top of delivery, and your goods are damaged in transit or go missing then it waivers them out of taking responsibility!!
What the hell?? I’ve never heard of such tripe and intended negligence and surely that cannot be right in this day and age.
I’ll buy similar from another brand, thanks all the same! Don’t be lulled into a false sense of security with their aesthetic website. Read the reviews.
One time I’ve been so pleased to read Trustpilot prior to a purchase ~ but in all honesty, their lack of response for months should have been enough.
