Order in Unfulfilled status

I made and paided for an order more then a week ago. No movement or progress with the. Wrote an email, got a response the anwer may take up to 2 days. Nothing happened. Wrote another email, nothing.
I always check trustpilot, but was not expecting this from ferrris.eu store. How is this possible? Should I expect the items at all?

company back on track...

About a year ago, I had a bad experience where my order arrived faulty and I couldn’t get any meaningful support. At the time, I was frustrated because I only asked for advice on cleaning a blocked pen, not even a refund or return.

Now, a year later, someone new from customer support, Neha, picked up my case and quickly arranged a replacement pen. That really turned things around and corrected the earlier issues. It feels like they’re back on track again, and I have to say the products themselves are generally really great.

Worst customer service center it’s been…

Worst customer service center it’s been a week that I’m waiting my order to be shipped I got 0 new from them I sent them a lot of mail but seems like they just take your money without paying attention to their customer!

Worst Customer Service Ever

It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They make beautiful inks, and I love their Brush fountain pen, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. The converter on my £110 pen broke after the second refill. I asked if I could buy another converter (it should cost about £10), but I still can't get a resolution after two months. I've sent photos of the broken converter, and then they asked me for a video. A video of what? Now, I have a £110 pen that is unusable.

**Revised** Great products Greater service

The products and website are gorgeous. The inks are beautiful. The plastic pens are not very sturdy. I went back to the company and their customer service agents are lovely. Company policies are not that desirable. I purchased a carousel fountain pen on sale but it cracked on my second time filling it. I contacted the support and it took about a week and a half to come to a solution. They offered me a credit against a full rate pen because the sale was only available to direct customers of the website? Excuse me? Whom am I contacting then? Needless to say $11.25 off $120 is not an attractive solution. The pen is on sale for $98.88 via website. I declined the offer and requested a refund. I did not wish a replacement plastic pen.
**Update9/5/25: I have continued to purchase Ferris Wheel Press Inks. I have also supported a kickstarter program for the launch of the marquise pen. The service agents continue to be great, and have reached out to me to rectify this previous experience. That I have found to be worthy of an edit, so thank you Ferris Wheel Press for making me feel like a VIP!
