Excellent service

The team in Guéret made it easy for me despite my limited french.
I will be back for more tyres soon.

Needing two tyres I checked Feu Vert in La Rochelle's website and after some time faffing around I found what I needed and placed them into my 'basket'.
I then followed the instructions to book a visit and dutifully filled in the form.
After checking the UK box for my phone number the website flatly refused to accept my number as 'valid' despite it being correct with either +44 and the zero omitted or my full UK number, so I was unable to give this outfit £300 for the service I needed.
To make matters worse I am now being bombarded with emails demanding I complete my purchase! Nil points.
I then drove into Speedy and new tyres fitted in less than 50 minutes.
Utterly ridiculous.

I commanded two Hankook discount tires on their website. The tires were "available". I paid for them. But after 2 days. they call me to tell the tire weren't available at the command time! In fact, the website is not reliable at all!

I would not go anywhere else. Value for money and very nice, helpful staff.

Mon experience:
Ils changent les amortisseur, suite à un bruit dans la direction; facturent 800€… mais le bruit continue!
À Toulon, chez l’importateur BYMYCAR, on me dit que ce qui était nécessaire (= la couronne de direction) n’a pas été changée et que changer les amortisseurs dans ce cas, ne sert à rien.
Donc feu Vert Cogolin m’a facturé CHF 800€… pour une réparation pas nécessaire!

Très facile, visiblement, d’arnaquer une femme dans ce garage de Cogolin, (juste avant GRAND FRAIS).

My experience:
They replaced the shock absorbers after a noise in the steering; they charged €800… but the noise persists! In Toulon, at the BYMYCAR importer, they told me that what was needed (= the steering ring) wasn't replaced and that changing the shock absorbers in this case is pointless. It's clearly very easy to rip off a woman at this garage in Cogolin (just before GRAND FRAIS).

Strong suction for its size. Easy to use and store but run out of battery pretty fast. Battery life could be better

They ask if you want a receipt which is a ruse to reduce returns because they refuse to accept returns without one, even if you have the card receipt. Not to be trusted.

Ordered 4 winter tyres. Put my winter wheels on to drive down. Get told the tyres I’ve ordered weren’t available so they’ve ordered 150e more expensive ones… and I had already had 650e worth! No ability to take time off work so I had to go ahead… get a call and they have rounded my wheel nuts with the wrong socket in the windy gun. A known issue with ford wheel nuts if you don’t loosen them first manually. Presented it as my fault and took no responsibility. Managed to get a refund but have to sort my wheels and nuts myself now… and take another half day off work. Will never use again

With the ordering of the tyres, in the garage of Cogolin, it went wrong. No tyres were ordered and the order was lost. They should call us in 3-days, but nothing.
Very unpolite people helping you. When they don’t know, they start helping another client and leave you behind. They laugh about you in your face. I have totally no confidence in the work they did. Never go back again. It took more than 1 hour to change 2 tyres, very bad company, all arrogant

FEU VERT Portugal – Aveiro
I went in just for an oil change and ended up with the car overheating when I got home. They checked it and apparently broke a part themselves. I left the car there so they could replace the part they had damaged. The result? Over a month without a car, more than €1000 spent, and now the car doesn't even start on the first try.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was just too much. They never answered my calls — I had to drive there repeatedly for a whole month just to be told it still wasn’t ready

Brilliant garage....turned up in my Defender...needed some help ...they could not have been more helpful...sorted everything straight away...total legends....100% recommend Bon merci

Absolutely disgusting they stole the tools inside the car after changing the break pad

Went there for a “vidange”, booked a RDV online. After inputting the licence plate number, I was suggested to do a “recharge clim” which was on promotion. Thought to myself why not, even tho the air-con on my car worked very well. 2 days before “vidange” air con was still very strong. On the day of vidange Fert Vert said it’s not the right model I have paid (why would their website suggest me to add this then?!) Ok we agreed to leave it since my air-con was still working very strong. However the next time I drive, the air-con doesn’t work anymore, not even a tiny drop of cold air. Unbelievable.

My mother has just moved back too England for health issues after 30 years in Spain
We have given he car away to a friend of 20 years as a present for looking after her
After 3 months cam belt has snapped and killing the engine. They have charged her to replace it. I TPMS sensor was broke. They charged her to change all 4 I’ve worked in the car trade since 1973
They people are unscrupulous and deserve what ever God punishment is when they meet their maker Taking advantage of old people are as bad as pond life
