Absolutely terrible service haven't…
Absolutely terrible service haven't even been a customer for 1 month and ive been charged 3x more than what I signed up for i was on the phone to 4 different people today and not one of them would help me £18.99 a month but my 1st bill is £51.63 while on the phone trying to sort the issue out the person i was on the phone to cut my services so I hung up and called back managed to speak to a manager and the same issue telling me I had to pay the £51.63 so my service would be unsuspened so after one month I have left them to join another providered this issue could have been solved if the people I had spoken to could understand English I dont know why it is saying UK based because over the course of the past week I have yet to speak to anyone based in the UK or have any basic understanding of the English language i fully understand the 1st bill is always more but the issue is i signed up at £18.99 but they are charging me at £24.99 even says it on the bill that question was ignored and I was told to pay the £51.63 so I then proceeded to send screenshots of the deal I signed up for and I was told to pay £51.63 or my service won't be put back on even the "supervisor" said i had to pay the £51.63 and said I had no other option but to pay and like I said i pay my bills but I will not be paying more than what I signed up for especially when they said I have 45 days worth of Internet to pay for? How when I only went live on the 14th of last month and it hasnt even been 1 month yet from i went live absolute shambles of a company I won't be paying any payment for leaving fees or this extortion of a bill I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I have tried to resolve this issue for the past weeks and I have the emails to back this up i will be contacting ofcom about this matter!
Slow speeds, poor customer service
We had a delay of 55 days to install our internet. Fibrely have consistently been defensive and refused to take any responsibility for their part in this delay. We have had to escalate our complaint multiple times to get any reasonable compensation offer.
However, the offered compensation has not been added to our account.
To make matters even worse, now that we are connected, our speeds are dreadful. This morning I was only able to get a maximum of 210Kbps.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Roi was very helpful and patient, and guided us through the steps to get our internet working in around twenty minutes. Roi identified when or internet had dropped out again during the call and ensured we were up and running!
5* Customer service and Solution
The guy was brilliant, so courteous and patient, methodical and thorough. He took care to explain everything. Wasn't able to resolve the issue immediately but only because I was away from home where the equipment was but I understood the problem and felt confident it will be fully resolved once I returned and call them back. Great product, great service, just not the cheapest on the market.

Rubbish router, great real person support
The router that came from Fibrely didn't work out of the box and the instructions and app that they direct you to were useless. After doing the usual, off and on again stuff, I called Fibrely's support team and Matthew talked me through it. We were up and running in 20 mins. Thanks for your help Matthew.

Fibrely have been brilliant, easy to get through to on the phone. Mark was great at helping us finalise setting up our WIFI.
Issues resolved quickly
I had some issues with my hub when it first arrived however, Mark from tech was really helpful and got me up and running. So far, fast internet and great support.
Don't bother, no connection no help.
Well after not giving assistance for our all but none existent "full fibre" Internet service we have signed up with BT, hopefully I'll be able to open a Web page with images with putting too much strain on the service and will be able to stream a 3 minute song in under 20 minutes, maybe our smart tv will be able to connect to the network, maybe the tv been 10ft from the router is the issue, I hope this company goes bust, awful customer service, complete refusal to arrange an engineer, just fob you off and hope for the best.

Put through to Mathew who has the patience of a saint in talking me through the whole process.
I'm an old fart so his task was not easy. Finally got it working and working well.
Switching from BT
I switched from BT using the USwitch service and the change over went very smoothly. The new router arrived quickly and the service switched over existing Openreach infrastructure seamlessly. In fact, if I hadn't needed to return the BT router I could have just left everything in place with the new service already working. After 5 months there has only been one short outage, which was quickly resolved, and the promised internet speeds are reported through speed test apps. Minor niggle is that the promised £80 gift card did not arrive, after the specified (long) time to wait, and I had to chase them repeatedly. Apologies followed, with them eventually sorting it out and delivering on their promises. The change from BT full fibre saved me around £20 per month and the speed is a bit faster with Fibrely. So far, so good. Would recommend.
