Switching from BT
I switched from BT using the USwitch service and the change over went very smoothly. The new router arrived quickly and the service switched over existing Openreach infrastructure seamlessly. In fact, if I hadn't needed to return the BT router I could have just left everything in place with the new service already working. After 5 months there has only been one short outage, which was quickly resolved, and the promised internet speeds are reported through speed test apps. Minor niggle is that the promised £80 gift card did not arrive, after the specified (long) time to wait, and I had to chase them repeatedly. Apologies followed, with them eventually sorting it out and delivering on their promises. The change from BT full fibre saved me around £20 per month and the speed is a bit faster with Fibrely. So far, so good. Would recommend.

Jane was a great help after i had emailed in about the broadband activation.
Unfortunately it seems ive had the perfect storm of a bank holiday weekend, previous tenant line closure problems and then reprovisioning delays.
I had called every day to chase a resolution however i was getting nowhere. I resorted to emailing in which got me a call back within 2 hours from Jane.
She explained everything to me, where the delays were and what their plan of action was. She had also said she will update me with any progress tomorrow, again via call.
This was my first experience with Fibrely which wasnt great, i was ready to cancel before it even went live but Jane restored my faith. If this review is still up, they kept their promise!

absolute disaster of a company, moved house and they couldn't provide the service at the new address and wanted to charge a huge cancellation fee + a percentage amount and the balance of what is left on the Contract! Go with someone else who uses the BT infrastructure for Fibre to the home

Worse than part-fiber. Avoid this company
Avoid this provider. I switched to their "full fiber" expecting an upgrade, but my old part-fiber connection with EE was significantly better. I have frequent drop outs, I struggled with video calls let alone heavy work.
I paid an extra £80 for a premium router that is completely useless. When I asked to return it for a basic setup with extenders, they flat-out refused.
To make matters worse, their customer support is nonexistent—they left me waiting for five days without a single helpful response. Combine that with incredibly rigid, anti-consumer terms, and it’s easily the worst company I've dealt with. Save your money and headache and look elsewhere.
Had an issue with WiFi dropping out
Had an issue with WiFi dropping out. Spoke with an agent called Andre. He was fantastic. Recommended a booster, but i still had problems. I contacted him again and he arranged for an engineer to attend. Engineer arrived within 4 days (it was the weekend). He turned up in the designated window, run checks and replaced BT box, as well as checking other areas. Call was complete within an hour. I received a follow-up call from Andre the same afternoon to check all was OK.
So far, WiFi hasn't dropped out.
I don't know about any other departments, but the Technical Support Dept is fantastic.
